“To be fair, I'd say that the team at the Building Centre today really went above and beyond for me. I really needed a bulk bag of all in, along with several other heavy items today in order to complete a job I had a deadline on to finish today and had been let down by another company. The driver (I can't remember his name but he was an absolute gent) added more work to his day (which he really didn't have to do) by ensuring that he fitted in my last second delivery request this morning so I could complete the job I had on in time. He really didn't have to do that, but I was immensely grateful that he did. The lady who sorted my order at the counter was brilliant too! Thank you guys, you saved me a "bulk bag" of hassle today!”

“I've use this place quite a lot and the staff I've dealt with Jordan, Amelia, Taylor have been really helpful, friendly dealing with my enquiries and purchasing of stuff from, kitchens, doors joinery, which is high quality, the other thing is if you order a kitchen and there's things missing they carry a good selection of parts at their depot, unlike some places I know where you have too wait weeks and sometimes months.”

“Asked for assistance from a guy named Josh who was working in the B&Q Newport branch.He took me to what i wanted straight away and even carried the self leveling compound i needed to my car for me as i forgot to get a trolley. Josh's customer service was absolutely first class and B&Q should be very proud of him as an employee. Excellent service”

“Very conveniently located Argos. We usually order online for in-store collection and find most items are available on the same day. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have had to return a few items over the years and have always found this to be a fairly straightforward and painless experience. The shop shares a car park with the wider retail park which can get busy at times. The car park is usually much quieter in the evenings and I have always been able to park fairly close to the entrance. Staff are usually happy to help you take larger items to your car if necessary. There are a couple of disabled spaces near the shop entrance. As these are quite limited, you might want to try to visit at a quieter time of day if you will need a disabled space.”

“It had everything I wanted at a reasonable price. Staff seemed friendly, and the store was easy to navigate. There was plenty of parking, no charges for that. Got the paint I wanted and other bits and happily getting on with my projects”

“We bought a kitchen from Alun in Keller kitchen which we loved, when we sold the house six years later despite having three small children and not being too precious about the kitchen it looked brand new so when we moved house it was a no brainer to have another Keller kitchen. Alun and Sharon helped us design a fantastic kitchen in a very unusual space. They really listen to the customer and have such experience and knowledge. Really good quality kitchens and fantastic service. Highly recommended.”

“This shop is absolutely fantastic for kitchens I found Howard fantastic to deal with understood everything we Requested came in with a great design & great value for money I was quoted 15k for a fully fitted howdens “nothing wrong with them” kitchen all flat packed , Howard came around spent a good 30 to 45 mins listening to myself & wife & knew exactly what we needed he measured up & sent the design & price & it was half the price I had gotten quoted for a howdens kitchen. The cabinets are absolutely great quality fit & finish best I’ve seen in a long time & my kitchen came assembled even bigger bonus the fitters where great extremely pleasant & as myself & wife are disabled They where caring & courteous & understanding can’t fault these fellas if your looking for a great quality German kitchen then look no further & I’ve already ordered a few items again I’m not 1 for reviews spelling & grammar but I had to leave this review as there fantastic to deal with from beginning to end covid threw a few things up in the air but fitters got everything finished apart from 1 piece of backsplash before Germany closed but that is all sorted now, Sorry if this is long but I have no intention of just saying great as there better than great there caring”
