They took my car into the back for what I was expecting to be a tyre replacement, only to have my car back within minutes after they advised me it was luckily a tiny screw which hadn't penetrated anything. I felt silly that I'd wasted their time but the young gentleman that I dealt with was lovely about it and they didn't charge me anything. The only problem is that my work van loses me money while it's broken and its usually a 2 week wait to get booked in. I phoned late afternoon today (22.02.25) to see if they had availability for tyre change due to a puncture and because my lease vehicle is due to be picked up early next week.
