So slightly disappointed with that.”

Took it to the guys in BETS and from start to finish they have been superb!! Diagnosed the issue and renewed seals on EGR. Great friendly service with a garage that actually cares about their customer. Highly recommended and will not be going anywhere else in future.”

The manager promptly inspected my car, removed the screw in 2 minutes and didnt charge me a fee for his time as the tyre didnt need a plug fitted. “I was on my way to Somerset for my mother’s funeral. I got a low pressure warning so tried to take off the valve caps to check but could not remove the caps. Went to Halfords for help and Jay was able to spray it and remove the cap and inflate the tyre to correct psi. So grateful, took 5 minutes. He was so polite and I was able to make my way down the M4 and M5 knowing my tyre was good. Thank you Jay you saved my day.”

“Is the first time in 7 years I rate steave coleman garage. I am a foreign man, I didnt know steave at all. I find out about his garage online, then I pop down for a qoute, then since then I was using is garage all the time until today. I have to say that he never let me down. He always get the best price, he always try is best to help you if you breakdown. He always answer the phone when I ring him. Even when the garage already close. Never had any problem with the repairs he has done on my cars. When I need a mot or any other kind of services, just ring him and he sort every thing for me. “I have recently received my Volkswagen Scirocco back from Sytner in Cardiff as a result of a hit and run accident that caused front end damage. It took just under a month for the car to be returned and it looks and feels better than brand new. The work consisted of both body panel restoration and major mechanical parts needing to be replaced and re coded into my vehicle. It was dealt with efficiently by Sytner and my car was returned with no hassle - halfway through the repair I was even offered an alternative hire car from BMW for ease of travelling. Would highly recommend the Repair Centre and the staff working there - they made the process less stressful and Jackie and Jess were always on hand to assist with any queries I had.”

“My car needed repairing after someone had hit it when it was left parked. The other persons insurance went through Nationwide and I had a phone call from them to arrange the swap of my car to be fixed and a courtesy car for me to use. The damage to the car was worse than what was visible so it took just over a week and a half for my car to be fixed, but they rang me to give me updates and got it back to me as quickly as possible, especially considering the bank holiday! I had a lovely 2019 Corsa to drive around whilst I was waiting! The guy who dropped me car off was absolutely amazing, I couldn't ask for better service! He talked me through everything and explained the process and extra things about features on the courtesy car that I wouldn't have known otherwise. My car came back absolutely pristine, they even washed the car as well as cleaning and hoovering the inside! The paint job on it looks fantastic too and you can really see that they put a lot of effort and care into the repairs Overall I am extremely pleased with how everything was handled and if I ever have anything wrong with my car in the future I will definitely use them!”
