They took my car into the back for what I was expecting to be a tyre replacement, only to have my car back within minutes after they advised me it was luckily a tiny screw which hadn't penetrated anything. I felt silly that I'd wasted their time but the young gentleman that I dealt with was lovely about it and they didn't charge me anything.
