I have been lucky to have been given a couple of Benefit cosmetic makeovers recently, and she is credit to the store. She has convinced me to try out a whole new brand of make up and has helped me understand what looks I feel comfortable in and which also suit me and make me feel more confident. Sabrina is the best worker I have seen ever and made me feel so welcome and has very good conversation skill and has helped me become more confident in make up as a whole. The picture below has to be one of my favourite and made me feel so happy and like I can feel myself (excuse my tongue). I loved the new brow products and all of the skin care products as well.”

“I never appreciated how good the layout, quality, store tidiness and overall service was until we called into B&Q for a change! Here we have friendly staff and customer friendly payment tills, happy with cash,card payments and no customer-repelling self service tills which are clearly inadequate for larger items. Good work staff and management and we won’t be going anywhere else again and please don’t ruin everything by getting rid of the tills!”

This made it quite challenging to navigate the area, and there was a risk of tripping and injuring oneself. It would be highly beneficial for the store management to address this safety concern by improving the lighting in the surroundings. Other than that, the store itself provided a great shopping expe”
