“Highly recommend. We are new to the area and so new to this cattery. Our cats came home happy, well fed, and back to their normal selves. Super friendly staff, clean pens and beautiful area. Will be back :)”
“Great service yet again at Wellpets, Worle. The team responded quickly when I became concerned for my pets' welfare and she was given careful and thorough assessment. TD even came out to the car park in case I needed help with pooch ❤️”
“On arriving at valley vets with our two 2 year old Labradors, both were booked in and see promptly after being spoiled by all staff there. Both Jet (black lab) and Amber (sandy lab) looked like they felt comfortable with the whole visit. The vet and receptionist interacted with both dogs making them feel safe and welcome. Great experience for us too. Dogs left with clean bill of health ready to enjoy life. Thank you Valley Vets.”
“Furikin PawWalker went to the vet for his first year booster. Apart from wowing the staff, he had great experience. He particularly liked the window near the scales. Thanks to all the staff for making his visit calm and gentle.”
“Just been to this vets for the first time as we are on holiday in Watchet and my sproker, Barney, had become unwell. They were amazing!! 5 star service. When I called at lunchtime, they were full but within minutes the lovely lady on reception called me back after they had a cancellation. I saw Paul, the vet, he was amazing with my reactive dog, very knowledgeable and calm and kind and efficiently treated him. I can't thank them enough.”
“We received excellent service from fabulous staff after an emergency with our Labrador on Christmas morning! We had an appointment within an hour of contact and when we arrived were seen straight away! Our dog is nervous attending the vet but after successful treatment and the care of the staff he was absolutely fine!! A huge thank you to the staff at Vets Now!!!”
“Everyone at this surgery was so calm, understanding and made our dog (and us) feel really at ease. The vet spent time to answer all of our questions and gave us great advice. The receptionists were really helpful too! Thank you! :)”
“I visited Fairwater practice this morning concerned about my 12 year old dogs teeth and whether or not he would need a scale and Polish under general anesthetic. The vet explained that at 12 years old my dog doesn't need any procedures that aren't necessary.Once he checked my dogs teeth and gums he said the best thing to do would be to carry on brushing daily as we are doing at the moment , they weren't that bad , I appreciated his honesty as it saved my dog and us a lot of stress and money .”
“Had a good experience here as we brought our cat here. Pleased that the vet didn't try to fleece us for all our money, even saying that she won't recommend one of their products as it can be found cheaper elsewhere. That's appreciated as vets are known for trying to get every penny.”
“Best vets ever treated both of my dogs there and the staff care about them. Fair pricing”
“Jo is fantastic with my young cockapoo Bonnie! She put me at ease from the very first meeting where she came to meet Bonnie and showered her with attention. I was further comforted when Jo asked if I could bring Bonnie and join her on one of her walks before the service was to begin so I could see how well Bonnie would settle into the little group. Bonnie lights up when Jo comes to collect her for her midday walkies and Jo sends a number of great videos and photos after every walk to reassure me that she has had a great time. Ive not worried for a second that Bonnie hasn't been taken care of on the days I'm back in the office and I think Bonnie has began to sulk on the days she knows Jo isn't visiting Jo has been fantastic! Her communication is brilliant, she is very dog focused and you can tell she cares deeply for your furry family member. Thanks Jo!”

“Went into the Blackwood store on the 10/8/24 around 6pm, to buy a hamster for my little boy two ladies served myself and his nan, fantastic service both ladies couldn’t of been more helpful, we bought the cage/food etc and they gave lots of advice and suggestions both very friendly I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, fantastic service, they made a genuine fuss of my little boy as his hamster is his first pet, nothing was too much trouble for them. Also answered every question, highly highly recommend!”

“I’ve been in weekly for the last 8 weeks with my 3 cats with various issues. I’ve stopped going to Valley since their treatment of staff who went on strike & I’m happy with the care I’ve received from Andrea & her team. Whilst the location & nature of the business (owned by big 6) doesn’t lend itself to the same care/service as an independent, I’ve been very satisfied with the treatment received. The staff have been really patient with my and my anxious communications (I appreciate the WhatsApp service) about my terminally ill little cat. They’ve spent time helping me determine the right course of action for my girl & I’ve never felt pushed into anything, nor made to feel silly for the questions I’ve asked or choice I’ve made. Both dental treatments my cats had recently came in comfortably under the quote. And the practice is always happy to provide written prescriptions so I can find flea treatment at a price that suits my budget. I do hate the location though - both on the industrial site and the mezzanine above the store. It’s loud, doesn’t feel very secure and isn’t great when you’re going through something difficult. I’m dreading when the time comes for me to say goodbye to my girl and how exposed it’ll feel upstairs and walking through the store with my tears & grief. But what can be done? There’s not a great deal of choices in practices really. And no independent ones locally. So I’m happy with a Vet-led franchise with an owner who seems to care about her practice & the animals she sees.”
“Girls in the salon are the greatest. Always happy and willing to help. Always show so much love and care for the dogs.”
“We’ve been using this veterinary surgery since we first got our dog 8 years ago. The staff are incredibly helpful and caring and always put the animals needs first. My dog has had 2 operations with vets 4 pets Caerphilly, and the surgeons, nurses and reception staff have been incredible on both occasions. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for all your hard work vets4pets Caerphilly!”
“Very nice company, honest staff and they care about the pets”
“Charlie did a great job on my yorkie. He looks wonderful and smells amazing. Thanks Charlie :)”
“The lady who helped us buy 2 Russian Dwarf hamsters was absolutely amazing! I bought the little white hamster and one of the other grey/black hamsters. Supported in choosing the correct accessories and cage for them! Couldn't recommend a better store!”
“Little Westra welcomed our Beagle with a friendly team. I was shown around the kennels and facilities beforehand, which was reassuring for a first timer. Our dog seemed happy enough after his 8 day stay and did not have too much of the usual kennel smell which has happened at a different kennel. Overall I would recommend Little Westra and will use them again should the need arise.”
