Veterinary care in Cardiff

“Cannot stress how incredible the staff have all been during our recent trips. My 9 week old kitten recently became very ill and, as first time pet owners, we were really unsure and scared. The staff have been so kind, helpful and accommodating. At no point have i ever been made to feel stupid or like a bad owner for not knowing things, nor have they been condescending in any way. Theyve always explained things theyre doing and their thinking of what could be wrong. Its been a bit challenging as we havent been able to diagnose what the illness is, but i in no way blame the service for that, unfortunately sometimes it is that way. But thanks to the vets and nurses doing a great job supporting us and out kitten shes improving day by day! I phone the clinic each day to give an update on how our kitten is doing and every time they always seem so delighted to hear how shes progressing. Due to our kitten being so young her insurance isnt active yet, meaning all of this we were paying out of pocket. The staff have been incredible with this too. Theyve made sure everything they do has been within the means of what we can afford whilst still trying to solve the problem, theyve made us aware of all the options we have such as finance plans etc. and even then, i think the prices have been incredible. I was expecting to pay a LOT, and realistically weve spent less than a fraction of what i was told by friends to expect. The prices are great. All in all, id definitely recommend this vet and im so glad we chose this clinic! Bit of a long review but i really feel these staff deserve all the praise they can receive, im aware theyre “just doing their jobs” but i really feel like theyve gone above and beyond in regards to making us feel comfortable and supported :)”

“The owners are wonderful, they worked to such short notice and really took care of our cat. The price is very good, everyone cares. The location is fantastic, and I genuinely feel our cat had a wonderful stay, and was looked after.”

“Had to have my baby put down today worst day ever. Told he had cancer and was no treatment as was too far peogressed. Pics are of the day just before. Looked soo sad, but he knew it was almost over No more pain, be happy up there where ever you are, daddy will find you again 1 day i promise. “I’m a new pet owner with my very first kitten. We’ve been to Vets4Pets a few times these past few months and have only had good experiences. All vets or nurses I’ve seen have always been very patient, caring and always willing to answer any questions. They always take good care of my kitten, offering him treats and being patient with him as he’s quite timid. The treatment he receives has meant vet trips are not a big ordeal or major stress for him. As an anxious owner I truly can’t thank the practice enough for making every visit as calm and stress free as possible”

“Shop here quite regularly, approx once a week. Today there was a problem with the fresh fruit fridges. A young man named George (Gorgeous George)was kind enough to go out to the warehouse and bring me the fruit I needed! First class service. Thank you young man.”

“A professional and reliable service: Becky was recommended to us by Wilson’s Mum (see Becky’s Facebook posts about her work with that adorable hound). Our Labrador, Millie, and our special needs Greyhound, Flynn, had the pleasure of her company at lunchtime whilst we were away on holiday. I understand that Millie power walked Becky on the first occasion, but Becky soon turned that around! Perhaps dog and owner training would be the natural next step for Becky, as we can’t get Millie to walk like a lady no matter how hard we try! We look forward to working with Becky Happy Tails again. I’d wag my tail, if I had one!”

“Fab Asda, huge amount of self scans so queuing isn't usually a problem, other than that it is your typical Asda, there is tons of parking althoigh there have been struggles to find a space before. Staff are helpful when needed, I have nothing bad to say, overall great Asda”
