Not until I called Shire Motors, the receptionist lady was so nice and easy going, arranged to have my car picked up within few hours, the gent who arrived to collect it was also spot on, very professional and helpful. They fixed my exhaust within less than two hours for a great price! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. As I had to be back in London in the evening, they booked me in and by midday, they diagnosed the fault and fixed the fault and gave me a full report.
