“Amazingly kind staff. Got back to Rugby late because of my bus, but needed a parcel from Next and was unable to get it the next day. The staff were super kind and made an exception to get my parcel for me, despite the fact it was just after closing times. It was a really small act of kindness, but made my day.”

“Most of my shopping is online these days, but Vinegar Hill is one store I always look forward to visiting. I love the selection of brands they stock, in particular Ozai N Ku and Mama B. It’s so good to find items that you don’t often see. The other key ingredient to making this my favourite place to shop is the excellent service. The ladies there know the stock inside out, will take items to the dressing room as soon as you pick something up, get different sizes and offer to steam anything that’s been folded. They’re lovely and make the whole experience a real pleasure.”

“Popped into the Solihull branch this afternoon, the colours and clothes are fabulous! So bright and pretty something for everyone regardless of age! It is expensive not going to lie however the quality and prints I don't think you can find elsewear no other shop like it in the town centre. I had a lovely sales associate who helped me I have forgotten her name (sorry) pretty lady short brown hair who was wearing a grey elephant blouse she was the Kindest sales associate I have ever come across so warm and friendly and so helpful :) highly recommend the Solihull store xx”
