“Visited on Friday night, been once before and loved it so much returned, travelling from Leicester. Food was fabulous. Prices reasonable given the quality of the food. Be hard pushed to find better. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful with recommendations. The Lobster Ravioli was amazing.”

“I arranged the works Christmas Party here with the marque out the back for 62 people. From start to finish Rohan was brilliant, answered any questions around dietary requirements etc i had quickly and amended the booking on numerous occasions due to people dropping out last min. The marque was set up lovely, the food was great and everyone commented on how big the portions were, nobody went home hungry! A big shout out to all the staff and Rohan they were all really attentive throughout the evening and couldn't fault anyone. Would highly recommend anyone having there Christmas party here!”

“Visited Turquoise Kitchen and had a fantastic experience. The staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming, and the restaurant has a cozy, authentic atmosphere that really adds to the meal. The food was exceptional — a true taste of Turkish cuisine. I went for the mixed grill, which was outstanding in every way: flavour, quality, and portion size. Excellent value for money and beautifully presented (just as pictured). Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Turkish food with great service and atmosphere.”

“We came for Sunday lunch yesterday and was hugely impressed. The quality and taste was fantastic. What I also liked was the fact you didn't have to pay for extras, it was one set price. Will definitely be coming back. We had the lamb and there was plenty of it :-)”

“We visited The Barn one afternoon and had such a lovely experience. I ordered the fillet steak, which was perfectly cooked — tender, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. My partner chose the rolled pork belly, which was crispy on the outside, soft and juicy inside, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and since it wasn’t too busy, we could really relax and enjoy our meal. The views from the restaurant are beautiful — a perfect backdrop for an afternoon meal. Overall, great food, friendly service, and a stunning setting. We’ll definitely be visiting again!”

“My favorite place in Coventry. They have the best bagels in Coventry with a with a range of selections. Their coffee is also great, always served with a biscoff biscuit. Staff are always extremely friendly and willing to help.”

“Came for the art; stayed for the drink! I'm a big fan of Katie O Art, so I had to go and see her latest work. Absolutely beautiful piece of work, as always. Whilst I was there, I stayed for a drink, as it would be rude not to. The staff were friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the drink was spot on. Looking around, I could see this place was filled with a friendly atmosphere, and I can see why this place is popular. I'll have to come back again, and soon!”

“An amazing and distinctive location. visited this location for a function. The event space is fantastic. There is a lake nearby and lots of open space. Lots of parking for big gatherings. The security personnel and staff were polite.”

“I went for a team lunch with work, around opening time mid-week. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was varied and all delicious! I enjoyed the BBQ Chicken Burger with chips and coleslaw, and there were lots of lunch offers, such as 2 for £18. Also, some nice decor and lots of parking on site. “With great sadness I've noticed last time that this place has been closed and many others in Coventry that I loved. I felt heart broken. Did anyone else feel like that? “I liked this for the excellent pizzas we got and how cheap they were! Only a fiver for a Margherita with a choice of veggie toppings. The staff were really friendly and whilst it's very much for students that doesn't rule out families or if you want a quick, simple bite to eat. The beers looked pretty good too, with Brew Dog on offer in cans. I think upstairs is the best location but the basement where we were was fine.”

“Birthday celebration dinner. Amazing pub. Loved the ambiance, busy with a friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious with great menu choice. I had sea bass, cooked to perfection with lots of veg and hasselback potatoes. Everyone enjoyed their choices. Prawn cocktail was really good. Portion sizes just right. Only one of us disappointed, no steak and ale pie. Service was excellent. All food reasonably priced. We'll definitely visit again. Would strongly recommend going here.”

“A must when in Coventry! We loved everything about this place - from the homemade ginger beer to the mango salsa to the fall off the bone beef! Bonus - all the meats are halal! Would definitely come here again! Would highly recommend the Big Mac combo! Best Caribbean food I have ever tried! A shout out to Carol for being so attentive - she made the experience even more special by checking in on us and letting us take some of the mango salsa home x”

“Visited on a Sunday eve about 5.30 and were politely told kitchen closed at 6. We were given the Sunday menu but asked if it were possible to have something off the weekday menu; they were so helpful. Nothing was a problem and all our food was delightful; outstanding really. Up there with the best pub food we’ve had. Way better than soulless pub chain food that is everywhere these days.”

She paid do much attention to us and always had a smile on her face. The meal was as usual delicious and well presented. I love the Old Mill for its great menu and friendly atmosphere. “We went for two sharing platters between 5 people and a couple of side dishes, there was so much food! Everything very tasty. Drinks menu is great here including plenty of great options for those not drinking alcohol. Services on our visit was a little slow compared to the other restaurants I've visited, they might have been short on staff that night. Couldn't fault anything else.”
