Through the process she kept in touch with me and when an addressing glitch led to the parcel being returned to the shop she immediately contacted me and resent the items. “I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for a while and living in Stratford decided to pop in for a chat. I made an appointment to discuss the best way to alleviate the pain. Spoke with Sharon who was very thorough and I tried on various shoes she thought would help. Came away with some Oofos slider type shoes for indoor wear and they have helped enormously, great cushioning and very comfortable. A vast improvement and have reduced the pain. Later visited again and bought some Joya walking shoes. Again these have much better cushioning and support than my current footwear. Specialist footwear is obviously more expensive but you get what you pay for. Would therefore highly recommend ShoeMed in Stratford if you have any issues with your feet they are very helpful and have a great range of footwear and accessories”
