“I recently purchased a jacket from trespass for my wife . Having only Worn the jacket a handful of times there seemed to be abnormal amount of down coming out of the jacket. I understand that there is always going to be certain amount of feathers but this was ridiculous. So my wife decided to return the jacket, but I'd lost the receipt and payed cash so there was not paper trail to prove we'd actually purchased the jacket in-store. We tried afew places even called the 0800 helpline but no joy. Until we took the jacket to the Leamington branch of trespass where they were happy to exchange for a different jacket or order the same jacket, so we purchased another jacket a paid the difference. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter”

“Don't really see what all the other reviews were on about to be honest I went in in the morning an hour or so after open and was greeted in a professional and friendly manner, the batista who served me was happy to answer questions and made my two drinks very quickly and correct with no mistakes whatsoever. There was no one else seated when I was in there but it was very clean and there were plenty of tables to be seated at.”

When we asked if it came with one, Jayden was very helpful - he checked the system and found one on site for me to try on. Upon collection the box had some of the foam showing out of the bottom. Jane kindly offered to undo and examine the TV for defects. Its a 58" TV, so that is not an easy task. Jane treated the TV with her upmost care. All was good upon examination, again Jane and her colleague (sadly did not get their name) placed the TV back in the box with care. Nothing was too much trouble for Jane and her colleague. Jane grabbed the sack truck, popped on the high viz vest and offered to bring it down in the lift and also helped me load the TV in the car. Jane and her colleague are absolute diamonds.Thank you so much for a very pleasant shopping experience.”
