“I often visit your Park Farm branch because it is well stocked, good layout and pleasant place to shop. I feel very sorry for the sales people working on the shop floor having to put up with all the abuse they receive from aggressive and rude customers. I know from experience that that shop work is stressful enough in 'normal times' but at the moment it can be awful. “Just bought the 3 Tonne jack and jack stands combo today for an L322 Range Rover and it was absolutely perfect. Fit under the sidesteps with a fully deflated suspension, without fouling them, while still reaching the jacking point on lift. Very precise when controlling the hub to align for reassembly too. Made a pain of an evening job in the heat quite enjoyable and controlled. Service at the service counter spot on also bringing it out and offering to help load. Fantastic all round!”
