They didn't take me for a ride I was short on cash so didn't book an mot when I found out that it was gonna cost me 60 pounds and my car was fine an updat on the oil and sensors and a reset on the cpu I was running fine then also got my mot done ASAP when they told me it was gonna be ready that day great service Shame about the long wait times for an appointment.”

The first engineer inspected the boiler, but agreed that repair wasn't possible and provided a quote. Then, two days later, Matthew Humphries arrived on scene, worked his magic and carried out a fantastic repair!!! Excellent service, clear explanations without confusing me with 'jargon', and fair pricing! Matthew was also readily helpful and reassuring, when I had to complain to my reluctant insurance in order to claim reimbursement of the repair costs.”

“There is nothing not to like about Hulland Ward Garage other than I live 65 miles away. My Dad lives locally however, and I had been visiting him. I set off to go home in the late afternoon but soon discovered the front brakes of my car were making a dreadful noise. As I had just passed Hulland Ward Garage I took the car back there to ask for advice. A bonus night spent at my Dad's but Andrew and his team had the car in the very next day to replace the front brakes and discs so that I could get home, despite the fact they were busy. If the garage I took it to 9 months ago for MOT and service had done their job properly this would never have been necessary but it was fantastic to find somewhere so helpful and I was pleasantly surprised by the bill too. I had only done about 4000 miles since the car was serviced. I hope to use Hulland Ward Garage again in the future when I am visiting my Dad, despite the distance from home. The garage was absolutely spotless and I knew instantly if they care about their garage they are going to care about their customer's cars too. Thank you!”
