“I’ve been going there for adult swim lessons for over a year. Thomas is the best swim coach I’ve ever had. I’ve had many lessons for the past many years but nobody can match Thomas. I came from deep trauma of being in water. Thomas has helped me progress from zero to now capable of being confident in water (not deep water yet) by myself while learning techniques to swim. I consider myself the most difficult swim student. He’s very patient, resourceful, funny and 100% great in coaching non-swimmers. Their management also gave me a trial day pass for the gym and allowed me to use their gym one other day while my usual sports centre was closed for refurbishment. I have only great things to say about them. Fully recommend the centre.”

The place was buzzing with people from all walks of life and the counter was absolutely groaning with an amazing selection of home baking. The gait and the legroom were great. The show was excellent, but my mum did struggle at times to follow due to her hearing. The performers were brilliant especially the children. “Staff were able to seat 6 of us as walk ins on a Sunday around 12. We sat along the bar at the wall. One of our group was gluten free and they were able to accommodate to her with gluten free bread etc. Food was all really tasty and decent sized portions. Staff were so friendly!”

“We booked to see AlbaFlamenco on their last performance at the Fringe and it was superb. The dance, the music, the ambience - I felt part of a family, it was so inclusive. We asked if we could eat at the restaurant after the performance and we were fitted in. Wow, the tapas was absolutely the best. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and really tasty. The wine was at the perfect temperature. The lady who seemed to be running things was kind and jolly, and the staff were lovely. Thanks for a great evening.”
