I bought one for my partner and liked it so much went back the week after and bought one myself. Nice friendly staff too in a beautiful town.”

The ladies in the shop were great at explaining everything about the pram and their customer service from purchase to delivery and after sales was outstanding. “Great place for getting your dog groomed at very competitive prices and they really take care of your dog while they’re there, it also has a shop out the front of the shop, the groomers is in the back, which sells all kinds of dog related items including winter jackets, other clothing items for your pooch as well as toys etc..”

“I came in on Saturday 18 February with my Mum who is in her 70s and still thinks she is a M&S size 14 (she’s probably a size 10). The lady who served us was absolutely gorgeous, Mum tried on a couple of jumpers, there was one clear winner but she’d chosen a medium to try on which drowned her, we swapped her to the small but even that was too big, we had to persuade her to try XS which was perfect. The staff member was just so lovely, helpful and kind. Big advert for shop independent. Thank you.”

The jacket was received by them within a couple of days and they instantly sent a replacement. Very quickly dealt with the issue and apologised for the problem.. “Wow what a wonderful experience! On Sunday I popped in for my first visit to Verve, having no idea I would walk out several hours later smiling from ear to ear. He made my day! Steven is the perfect gentleman who only needs to have a quick chat and look at you to know exactly how to dress his customers! He dresses you according to your personality and you can't help but smile when you see yourself in the mirror!
