My wife was doubled over in agony at the weekend with an IBS flare up and she was almost in tears with the pain. In desperation, I went to Rowlands Pharmacy to see if there was anything I could get across the counter. The lady behind the counter listened attentively to my wife's symptoms. She asked me questions to help confirm diagnosis and the on duty pharmacist came to speak to me as well. Some Buscopan, Heartburn & Acid Reflux Esomeprazole tablets and Peptac peppermint liquid were prescribed. I was given great advice on how my wife should take the medication and what to expect in terms of the effects. When I got the medication home, my wife gratefully took the prescribed dosage. The effect was almost immediate and my wife had instant relief from the pain she had been in. A heartful thank you to Rowlands Pharmacy for the exceptional customer service.”

“Had an issue with heater motor that was not working on my Hyundai i30 and being a driving instructor I needed my car back on the road. Was given Phil’s details and drove round to discuss my problem. This was around 10am Tuesday. I was given a diagnosis by 11am and by 1.30pm the new heater blower motor was fitted and I was back out on the road teaching. Amazing turnaround and also thanks to Automania who supplied the parts in time. So Heater motor stops working Monday night and by 1.30pm on Tuesday I have a new one fitted and out working again.
