“Beth is the absolute best. She takes care of your dog from the minute you walk in the door until you pick them up. My Buddy loves her to bits. He always comes out looking and smelling amazing. Making an appointment couldn't be easier too. All done online. All of the little added extras like a wee bag of treats and a bandana make this place stand head and shoulders about the rest. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!”

“We are still not out of the woods but wanted to reassure anyone who has to take their beloved pet here as an emergency that these people will do everything they can. My cat Winston was feeling poorly and not eating too well. After taking him to my normal vet (Dundas Veterinary Group: never again) they told me his creatinine value was 1200 which is not good. 24 hours of fluids and no pain management, only trying to get him some gabapentin via food which he wasn’t eating and his condition was not improving and second blood panel showed 2300 creatinine. I didn’t want to give up especially since no imaging had been done so we received a priority referral to the small animal hospital and the treatment and bedside manner has been night and day. Winston was put on antibiotics, fluids and imaging was done among other things. These things take time and as of this morning his kidney values are back to normal ! Even if things do not end the way we want, I am so comforted by the fact that my cat is getting the absolute best care. Thank you to Joel and Esther and the team for taking such good care your patients and their owners.”

“My little old man was very unwell and tired towards the end. The care and love the vet shown at this time was amazing. She was so lovely and made the moment easier. My boy looked like he just slipped peacefully. The after care was amazing also. I requested his footprints and I received a beautiful paw print in a keepsake box along with prints of his nose and a little glass bottle of his fur. A handwritten card and a pkt if forget me knot seeds. I was not expecting all that. These vets are caring and professional and not just doing their job the genuinely care. So thank u abercorn vets for making my little patch last moments comfortable.”

“This shop belongs to my absolutely FAVOURITE uncle in the whole wild world! As his niece I can say that he puts so much love into everything he does and can offer such good knowledge and advice on any questions or issues you may have, to the girl giving it a 1 star saying she came in with her boyfriend, most these things in the shops you wouldn’t find anywhere else, you can buy birds and animals in the shop and she said she was disappointed because it was small like a kiosk… well it is a small self owned business that my uncle takes very good pride in and has a massive range of foods, toys, treats and stock that you wouldn’t find in Sainsbury’s or anywhere else, so she is really just talking rubbish. Amazing place. I don’t just say this because I am family. The reviews speak f or themselves!❤️”

“Lovely wee shop, well laid out and very welcoming. Lots of high quality items and I love that they have things that you won't normally find in other pet stores. My dog loved the salmon skins we got, not to mention the chicken feet! I like that all the food stocked is quality stuff and also that they have a small freezer with raw food.”

“Good facility - staff seem friendly and engaged with dogs. Very polite woof van driver and owner Danielle always happy to answer any queries. They take dogs of all sizes it seems, but keep them separated by size/age/temperament. The area where the dogs are is secure and there’s loads of space for them to run around. My puppy really enjoys it. He goes straight to sleep when he’s back home! The only minus is the location if you’re not driving, as getting there by public transport is a mission. They do offer pick up van service though, but you have to book in advance and via email.”

“Jo is an amazing dog walker and our dog absolutely loves her. She is so professional but mostly she loves dogs and cares for ours as if he were her own, you can’t ask for more than that. She keeps in great contact with us and we get regular updates about how our dog is doing with videos and photos. She has known our dog since he was a tiny puppy, did puppy visits when he was still small and now takes him on exhilarating joint walks with other dogs and he is getting amazing socialisation. “Bryan and his team have been doing puppy visits for our golden retriever Banjo since he was just 11 weeks old whilst we are at work.
