“Great service today from Pam. After noticing a problem with the doctors prescriptions she took the affect ones back to get sorted at 10am. I returned to pick up my prescription at 4pm but Pam found that the surgery had not returned the amended prescriptions but put them in tomorrow's pick up. She then went to the surgery found my prescription and got it made up as I waited. Very much appreciated.”

“I found the level of customer service provided to be professional, efficient and focused on the needs of customers. As a disabled driver the staff are willing to allow me to phone from my car and wait in my car for them to hand deliver the items on repeat prescription, with the usual security checks, name, address and items ordered. On occasions where items are required almost immediately the staff and pharmacist have been willing to assist as best they can to ensure medication is provided, going beyond reasonable expectations to help.”

Today I attended an appointment with the Nurse, her name is Shanna, i cannot thank her enough. Shanna is extremely knowledgeable and skilled within her field. Shanna was very thorough with going over my previous blood results and answered any questions i had. Shanna is certainly an asset to this Medical Practice along with being, in my opinion a very valuable member of the NHS.
