“I've been to this pharmacy multiple times, and the staff have always been nothing but nice and pleasant. They definitely don't deserve all the negative reviews. Other people moaning about not receiving medication immediately is completely unrealistic. The staff are always super busy and are doing their best, especially with a fast growing local population. My only gripe is the manager needs to order more stock in advance if possible, but other than that, great pharmacy.”

“I think most people not understand how pharmacy works. I was disappointed when one of ladies who served me 2 months ago took prescription said it will be 1h I said OK then she said come after 2pm ( which was extra 3h ) I said OK and then she said no it will be ready tomorrow afternoon- I believe she just didn't want to serve me. I have been there last Saturday 17.09.22 and place was crazy busy and it was 4pm. Customers were complaining what a useless place its do busy - WELL ITS BUSY COS ITS ONLY PLACE WHICH TAKES PRESCRIPTIONS WALK INS AND ACTUALLY DO THEM. Staff didn't stand and chat - they were to focus on work!!!! I'm not even gonna mention that it was only pharmacy open on Monday 19.09.22 SO PLEASE PEOPLE INSTEAD OF ABUSE STAFF working in pharmacy for delays give them some support cos they got probably 200 customers extra who were refused to be served in other pharmacy.”

(if prescription handed in beforehand) That is how prepared they are, . from my experience 20 minutes is the longest wait usually.. The staff could not be more helpful, And the Pharmacist who is there most days is a naturally nice person who has excellent medical knowledge. I asked if it was possible if the continence products could be delivered as I have a shoulder injury at the moment and they said yes they could do that and they would deliver all future prescriptions. She was very thorough with gaining background information and then spent plenty time explaining the treatment they recommended and why, signs to look out for if there was any adverse effects. HOWEVER, there is newly hired pharmacist who seems to genuinely care about the patients. Can't remember his name but I believe he was Greek (?? not sure). Anyways, he did a great job during our consultation, was very sincere, and the whole of the staff was quite prompt. Would definitely give them another chance as I initially dreaded going in to see them again but was pleasantly surprised.”
