“Travelled nearly 50 miles to East Coast Garage today to have them look at a really annoying issue with the idrive system doing a constant reboot every 20 seconds, no Bluetooth, no Radio, no Sat-Nav for over 2 months. Had both main dealer and local independent "specialists" look at it with both stating new head unit required costing +£2000!! Called and spoke to Steve initially who was "98%" confident he could solve with a simple software download. Upon arrival team were friendly and professional and told me exactly what to expect regarding time frames etc. Issue resolved for near enough same price BMW charged for just looking at it. Definitely a place to trust with all things BMW.”

I live in my van and also use it for work as a joiner, so it's really important for me to find a good garage that is reliable and honest. My van also needed a fair bit of additional work and the staff went above and beyond to get everything completed as quickly as possible, even making sure that I could have my van back at the end of each day so that I didn't have to find alternative accommodation while the work was completed.
