“My son and I were behind a Pollock lorry a good 10 miles or more on Thursday 3rd Oct. Overtaking safely was not possible due to the amount of bends. Their driving and speed was excellent and they were so courteous, taking the main beam off in plenty of time to not dazzle oncoming traffic. They pulled into a lay by and l put my hazard lights on briefly and if they see this, l was saying I appreciated being behind them. It was about 22.45 on the A84 about 10 miles from Killin when they pulled over and I think the reg was SN72 SZD?”

“We've been ordering here for some time now. We're Italian and so far this is the best delivery pizza we found. They have a more authentic choice of toppings compared to other mainstream companies. The price is very good (around £28 for 2 pizzas, drinks and dessert) and the pizzas are a very good size. Delivery time has never been a problem for us, even if you need to wait five extra minutes because of Covid rules is very well worth it once you try the pizza. We'll keep ordering our pizza here. I already recommended to other Italian friends I know.”

“I had to return an item that I had bought and quite frankly the company from whom I had made the purchase had made the returns procedure really complicated. When I took my parcel to the sorting office I was attended to by a young woman, Faye I think, who could not have been more helpful. She took control of the situation and sorted everything. She was excellent with such as pleasant persona and so understanding of my lack of knowledge about QR codes , mobile phones and technology. I would not have been able to complete the return without her help. Absolutely fantastic service and she is a real credit to the Royal Mail. Five stars at the very least.”

The post office called us to say the shop didn't actually accept deliveries there so offered to deliver to our home address, very grateful as it was an expensive item and they ensured safe delivery.
