“Great and friendly service by the receptionist and the vet dang fault then stall.”
“Friendly, helpful and sensibly priced”
“Absolutely brilliant! Can’t recomend these guys enough. Staff are lovely and very knowledgable. Super considerate when dealing with my reactive doggo who was just in for tooth surgery. Very fair prices, they are great at explaining the bill breakdown and all the post oop medicines. Been coming here for 12 years and will continue too for a long time :) from kayden and lola”
“Lovely friendly staff, great service.”
“Both dogs had their vaccines including Nasal kennel cough. Young female vet was, as usual, wonderful with them. Given how nervous my rescue dog is she was calm and took her examination and injection etc with no problem. A great vet.”
“Always a great bet to deal with. Reception staff are helpful and always try to accommodate. Vets are so lively and patient with the pets.”
“Staff are all very knowledgeable and brilliant at what they do. Lots of time and attention are given to pets' needs on an individual basis, clients are heard out and valued, and every effort is made to give the best care with both the pet and owner in mind.”
“Best local vet group. Price is fair for the level of service and the employees are a pleasure. The PetsApp integration has made life so much easier for an introvert like me! I appreciate the integration very much and it works like a charm.”
“Always very welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Very informative, doesn't charge an arm and a leg always gives me options on what medication my Dog needs. They have always looked after my Dog whether it being in the Kirkcaldy vet or Glenrothes. Highly recommended”

“Unfortunate circumstances as we brought our deceased wee cat in at around 12:45am...but stuff absolutely brilliant, kind , helpful and very professional. Many thanks to this excellent facility. Glad you were there when we needed you.”
“Our beautiful dog Bruno has had some health problems over the last year and Inglis Vets have always been amazing and so accommodating. Sadly it was time for Bruno to cross the rainbow bridge last week on 24/04/25. Inglis have been truly incredible during this sad time and Bruno was happy and calm when he passed. We even received a condolences card in the post today with his paw print on the front. What a lovely touch. Thank you for everything you do.”
“I've been with Riverside since we got our rescue cat in 2015 and have always been impressed with the efficiency and dedication of all the staff. Sadly after a short illness Sweets passed away on 21st June, I can't thank Claire enough for the way she took care to ensure the process was kind and stress free for her and myself. Many thanks Dave”

“The vets at St Clair’s veterinary group have always been kind and friendly to my pets and they were so kind and sympathetic towards me when my cat had to be put down. It was as if it was their own cat. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. No complaints at all.”
“Phoned at short notice on Monday & managed to get an appointment for my kitten to be seen! The staff very all very friendly & caring! The vet kept him there for a few hours to treat him, went back on Thursday for a check up staff again very helpful! That was the 1st time I’d been in the Armadale practice very nice & clean big building”
“We have been with Lamond Vets for 3 years now. We joined when our previous vets misdiagnosed the condition of one of our cats which ended up with the partial amputation of his tail. We now have all our three cats registered with Lamond Vets. All three are rescues from the Scottish SPCA. We feel that we have received an excellent level of service by the practice, both vets and nurses. The place is welcoming the moment you step in, with the receptionists always treating you with a smile. We felt we were in good hands when one of our cats had to undergo an operation and treatment, and we were confident to get our third rescue, an older fragile beautiful boy, as we knew that Lamond Vets would have our back. If you live in West Lothian, there is no other place I would recommend for you to take your beloved animals. Basil & Tulay”
“I can’t thank the medical staff and front of house staff enough. My sprocker Meg was admitted as a emergancy in August with a swollen eye with a foreign body in. Long story short it turned out to be something devastatingly worse. At just 8 years old and no prior indications or anything, her wings were ready but we were not. Meg has never been apart from us, I was worried how she would do being admitted, she was there Saturday to Monday, the staff were amazing, she wasn’t worried she wasn’t down, she maybe didn’t understand but the staff made her feel safe and cared for. The staff were so kind and caring front of house and behind the scenes. Sadly we collected Meg on Monday for one last night at home before she donned her wings with her own favourite vet. The staff kept in touch with us the whole time she was admitted, they kept us informed and kept in touch with our vet as well. We all knew what was going on at every stage. Then after they helped sort the insurance claim and kept in touch, we got a lovely card a few weeks later from the staff that cared for Meg which was beautiful. She had lovely consultants, I met Chloe (eye consultant) and Karen (general med consultant) and though I never met the nurses I heard from staff how much they loved Meg and how she greeted them happily with her “sooky” and behaved well curled on her favourite blanket. The staff here are amazing. Though Meg is no longer with us, it helped knowing they made her happy and comfortable when she was in the hospital and went fretting or worrying. The staff also made sure her “sooky” was with her at all times and her blanket stayed with her as well. Not easy in such a busy environment. The hardest place to have to go knowing what could come but the staff do all they can not just for the animals in their care but to help their humans cope and deal with whatever comes and whatever the outcome might be.”
“The vets are lovely, as are the reception staff also. I always feel reassured that they treat my animals as they would their own they are compassionate, friendly and listen to what’s being said. Their prices are reasonable too, as far as vets go. I’d definitely recommend Kingdom Vets.”
“We have been bringing our cat here for a few years and have always had the best experience. Thank you to Elenor and Lauren for their support and for making us so welcome.”
