“Lovely place good food and staff friendly. Great place to relax with a coffee and treat.”
“Lots of parking facilities. Easy access for disabled”
“Great service and quick fab food. Childrens menu too. Ideal for a chilled Sunday.”
“Just ordered a delivery . I got a french toast sandwich with link sausage, fried eggs and beans, it was amazing!!”
“New to business and spotting a property that we liked, we were urgently needing a commercial solicitor. On a Friday afternoon at finishing time, I ran up to the door of TF Donaldson. I was given a quick appointment and introduced to Allan Rankin, he was very professional and welcoming and took the time to listen to our requirements. Our sale was very difficult and extrapolated, due to the extensive information required from our lending commercial bank and other parties who were not following up and communicating with our solicitor. I cannot speak highly enough of Allan Rankin for his patience, commitment and expert advice to get the sale completed. Delighted and would recommend their services to anyone.”
“The extensive wine list was second to none, I was tempted to join their chess club or the book club and try to go more regularly, The barstaff were full of fun and were very knowledgable of all the alcohol on the premises, the taste the strength of it all, it was as if the had many years of experience with alcohol , 10 out of 10 for me the locals were friendly enough also.”
“Friendly staff, bright open space with lots of seating”
“This was a superb pub for drinking, situated in a grand two floor building! The chandeliers are beautiful and Scottish frames on the wall are an entertaining addition, appreciated the separate rows of seating too. This seating is comfortable and counter is stylishly presented, I had a pint of Kopparberg at a clean table!”
“Visited the Marmalade pot with a large group of adults and children. Service was great and efficient with friendly staff. Food waa delicious and great portion sizes. Will definitely be back. Soft play was an added bonus for keeping the kids entertained, it was also clean and well run.”
“Love this place friendly staff, always making u laugh!!! great variety of food and very reasonable prices, would highly recommend.”
“We booked the most basic room just a day beforehand. We arrived 2 hrs before check-in and the reception lady was kind enough to arrange a room as early as possible. There is a big waterfall next to the hotel. The hotel doesn't arrange taxis but you can call them up to ask for a taxi company's number if needed. Overall nice hotel.”
“****** I’ve seen comments about car parking fines, but I think they’re unfair. There are clear signs in the car park and inside the store explaining the policy: if you’re planning to stay for more than 90 minutes, just pop your registration into the tablet provided, and you can stay as long as you like. Simple and hassle-free! It’s also important to note that Costa Coffee doesn’t own or manage the car park. What’s more, these fines are not council or police-enforced. If you receive letters stating you have a fine, it’s worth knowing they cannot legally force you to pay. So blaming them for parking fines just isn’t right at all. Additionally, it’s not Costa’s responsibility to manage YOUR car—that’s on you. The signs are there, and taking notice of them is your responsibility. Passing the blame because you didn’t pay attention isn’t fair. Let’s focus on what Costa does best: yummy coffee, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. They deserve recognition for that, not criticism for something outside their control. ******”
