“Our first time here and we will be back. My grandson paid for the diamond lounge option. Well worth the money. Our staff member, Gary, was excellent. Explained everything we needed to know. Having access to the Ambassador Lounge was fantastic. If you have the opportunity to have this option, I would highly recommend it. The only downside to the visit was the legroom in row A of the balcony. The seats and view are great, but the legroom is very limited. I have arthritis in both knees and had difficulty finding a comfortable seating position. That said, we will be back again at some time in the future.”

“Great little theatre venue. Good cafe with loads of yray bakes. Clear view of stage wherever you sit and good acoustics. Very friendly and helpful staff.”

“What a find! And thank you to the person who mentioned being a Z member. Their service was extraordinary...from early check-in, to a very nice room upgrade, to the amazing wine and cheese buffet for members on Tuesday and Saturday. The staff is friendly and accommodating...everyone and I do mean everyone went out of their way to take care of my needs... The rooms are small, but efficient and for a solo traveler more than adequate...excellent hot water, and a comfy bed with nice soft pillows... and they are close to the train station which is really nice when you have heavy luggage...Highly recommend this hotel and thanks to everyone for making my stay special (did I mention you also get wine and cheese every night)”

“We've only been here a few times for lunch, and it's been great. Really like the pizzas, staff are friendly, and the place has a really nice interior. You can see your pizza getting cooked in the pizza oven. Really great, would recommend to anyone who likes pizza. Weve never been there in the evening, always very quiet at lunch. I hope they are busy at evening because they really do deserve to do well.”

“The Village is a fantastic hotel with everything you need under one roof. There’s a Starbucks, a pub & grill, swimming facilities, and a sauna and steam room — what’s not to love? The staff are incredibly friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The food was top-tier, and the service was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend The Village. Thank you!”

“pretty good. sells most essentials (washing, cleaning, milk), as well as, seasonally, small appiliances and gifts. Good in this area particularly because Mcolls recently closed and saves a trip down to Asda.”

“Braehead Shopping Centre was very busy and very atmospheric with Christmas music playing througout. It was also warm on a cold day. Excellent choice of places to eat and a wide range of shops making it ideal for Christmas shopping.”

“This aquarium is genuinely lovely, and a great break if you’ve got some classic Scottish weather on your day out. I am a wheelchair user and found the aquarium to be pretty accessible, although you can checkout my review on RollMobility for more info. Its got some rough terrain inside, the way some aquariums like to be cute and create textures like bridges and pebbles in the floor. That being said, none of it was very intense or dramatic and I was able to manage alright. They have spacious elevators throughout. You may encounter a wait for the disabled restroom given the number of families. Lots of stuff is easily viewable and *touchable * from a seated position so like I really genuinely recommend it.”

“Actually Harvey's pool very popular ideal . I wld like to see any faults repaired & to be kept open . As we cdn't even get into a pool last wk( Porto )with my autistic grandson who loves the calming effect of the water & he loves Harvey's pool . All other pools were full a bit of a disgrace actually. Couldn't even get through on telephone to Gallion Kilmarnock & were advertising open until 4 o'clock. Caused mayhem for kids when we were refused entry . Disgraceful. Has any work even started at Harvey's . Makes me question why I'm paying council tax . Think I,LL need a breakdown itemised bill as public path & stairs around my house don't even get cleaned . Disgraceful. So how long is it going to take for Harvey's or is that another place being closed down ?”

“Very impressed this morning as Matt gave me a hot cup to use to make my own drink. Come here every week and Scott and Jackson are also fab and Abby make the most delicious breakfast. The pub manager Shannon is very friendly and polite ❤️”
