“This was my first time going to VMS having been recommended to them. I had been to two garages with my Fiat 500x which is only 8 years old and was told I needed to order parts for it which it turns out it didn’t need and then was told that Fiat no longer make a part that was needed to fix it and I’d be best to get rid of our car as it was effectively useless now. I got a second opinion from these guys and they had it fixed and back to me on the same day and I can get my money back from the parts I’d ordered which they advised me it didn’t need in the first place. It’s very hard to find honest people these days but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend VMS to anyone looking for a good honest garage where fixing their customers cars is their priority and not how much money they can make. They’ve saved me hundreds of pounds and I can’t thank them enough.”

Derek, who dealt with my enquiry and emails was incredibly helpful and even allowed me to pay for the job on the day with when I had mentioned that paying up front made me feel a bit uneasy, however not a concern I'd have again in the future.
