“I was delighted to find this friendly and helpful jeweller. They sourced and fitted a ruby to my 4 stone ring and the size, colour and translucence was perfectly in harmony with the other stones. They tightened all the claws and cleaned the ring and I’m really happy with it. I also had a necklace repaired that I thought I’d never be able to wear again. All this and reasonable prices with excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.”

Despite the short timeline involved from our first contact, they assured us they could create our bespoke rings in time and managed to do so, taking the photos of our initial ideas and turning them into a reality within just a couple of months. This included doing some last-minute adjustments to sizing before they left to go off on holiday themselves. Planning a wedding can be a very stressful event whilst juggling suppliers and timelines, and although we we were pretty panicked at times due other suppliers not being on the ball, the team here made sure everything ran like clockwork and the end result was optimal. I needed my grandfather’s signet ring resized to be able to wear it and this was done so well you can’t see where the work was done. Sadly I scuffed the ring off of something and they took it back in and polished it all up nicely and again, you can’t see where the damage was. Thank you!”
