“Unmissable private art gallery in the Merchant City. The gallery is split between two venues but they are only a short walk apart. Each space is usually devoted to the work of a single artist. Past exhibitions have included many big names especially young and Scottish artists. The gallery usually gives the artist free reign over the design of the whole space which makes for a more interesting experience than just viewing hung pictures or installations. Definitely worth visiting.”

“My wife and I started our “search” for a new kitchen, visiting some local kitchen suppliers, where we felt we were on a conveyor belt, driven by staff who wanted to get our signature on an order with little or no personal touch. I can hand on heart say this isn’t the way that we were treated on our arrival at The Kitchen Station. We were welcomed into the Kitchen Station by MIchael McMillan, first impressions can make or break a deal and Michael was polite and welcoming and someone who I soon learnt was the font of all knowledge, a man who took pride in his work and the company he worked for. Michael wasn’t pushy, it wasn’t a sales technique but more a true understanding of what a customer who had been walked round the block in previous competitor’s stores needed, time, time to view the products available. When we were ready Michael sat down with us and talked us through the process, no hard sales tactics just a genuine overview. We agreed for Michael to come out and measure up, he was at our home when he said he would be, bang on time. My wife and I arranged to go back to the Kitchen Station and between us we designed a kitchen which was from the Nobillia range which would give us the wow factor that we wanted at a price that was up front with no hidden surprises. Throughout our experience Michael’s communication was top notch, if he wasn’t in store, the rest of the team stepped up to the mark and answered any questions I had, it wasn’t a case of this was Michael’s sale and only he could deal with it, all the staff had a vested interest in us as customers. The kitchen delivery date was worked around our fitters and delivered on the date that we wanted it. The delivery team were polite, courteous and careful! No throwing boxes about, every item was delivered with care continuing that customer care that we had been shown throughout our journey. During the fitting we ran into a problem with one of our appliances, I can’t praise the Kitchen Station enough, they went above and beyond for us, they took ownership of the problem, sourcing a new appliance and delivered it to us within a set timescale, something that in all honesty, they could have washed their hands of as we had purchased the original item independently, but they didn’t because I believe that the customer is at the centre of everything they do. The finished kitchen is spectacular and more than what I envisaged , it has certainly given us the wow factor that we craved. I would highly recommend those who are in search of a kitchen, who are tired of all the nonsense that goes along with some competitors to drop on into the Kitchen Station where you’ll find knowledgeable people who want to do their best by the customer to ensure their needs are met by what my wife and I agree is a fantastic product.”

“Ordered some fencing and sleepers from JW Grants a few months ago for my front garden and kids sandpit. Delivery process was swift and ordering process was simple enough. Price was one of the cheapest around when ordering. Quality of wood received was decent. Normally expect a bundle of boards wasted at end with knots in stupid places but only 1 from a set of 260. Never had a problem so only ever dealt with a delivery driver Alan(I think that was his name) who was very helpful and followed delivery instructions and directions to my property clearly. Enjoyable hassle free service.”

“I love B&M stores Always a pleasant shopping experience whither it's for one item or for a full shop. There were a few items that I couldn't locate and staff member was very helpful in taking me to what I was looking for. The shop was busy but it was clean and still tidy. The produce it of good quality and what we have come to expect from this B&M chain. I've found this branch has a good customer value standard. The checkout staff were pleasant and swift to put you through. There was an elderly woman infront of me and I'm pleased to say that the checkout lady was very patient and with respect to the other customers, called for another checkout to be opened. ....nicely and tactfully done. Good quality and value for money products sold in store.”

“If you're thinking about booking with these guys do it, do it, do it! We're just back from my daughter's 9th birthday party and what a brilliant experience we had. I wasn't sure what it would be like when we booked and was worried that it wouldn't live up to my daughter's expectations- she literally wanted to be a star for the day and I just hoped that they would live up to their name... I needn't have worried. From the minute we arrived Jordan was brilliant. He was very relaxed and professional and got the girls feeling like the stars they wanted to be. They had a wonderful time dancing around the party room and then when they went into the studio it was everything they wanted it to be. The whole experience ran so smoothly and we never felt rushed at any point. Just an all round great experience and the girls all left absolutely buzzing, they are putting the video on YouTube and are convinced they are going to be the next big thing! My daughter is desperate to go back and the other girls mums are all getting in contact to say that it was one of the best parties the girls have ever been to. I am one happy mum with a very happy daughter who had her dreams become a reality today and you can't ask more than that! Recommended 100%! Thank you, thank you and thank you again!”
