“I went there this morning to Arnold Clark M O T centre. My car went through an oil inspection that had to be look at. It got fixed and got a new oil filter put on. So on waiting on my car I walked around College Milton, taking photos of all the work places and stopped for a roll and sausage and a coffee and as I got to the end approaching Arnold Clark M O T centre a got a call saying my car was ready. Yeee haaa. Good Timing. Ya Dancing Bear. Cool. Then homeward bound. Hope you like my photos. Thank you.”

“From the moment I arrived I could not stop smiling! The Owners were kind, attentive and generous (got a wee upgrade). The room and entire hostel itself is clean, modern and all the comforts of home. Centrally located to many outdoor hikes and historic sites. And the VIEWs are Spectacular! The Cafe had so many delicious options. The Chai Latte HIGHLY recommend. I tried 2 different toasties with salad and soup . Fresh, Fresh, Fresh ! Superb on the taste buds. If you have kids you will love this place. Disneyland for Wee Tots! Love it!!!! GPS tried to take me to a different entrance. I would suggest make sure Eden Mill Farm is your addy location. OVERALL 10 Stars forget the 5 Stars ! I will be back . Thank you, Thank you for the Scottish Hospitality !”

“We book this room at the basement for 2 nights in May 2025, pet friendly, the place is beautiful, full of antiques and I love the piano so much! You’ll found Elizabeth is very nice and friendly after you know her more, she bring us visit the house and show us the rooms, tells us stories about this 5x years old house, the high ceiling is so beautiful and fantastic. Unfortunately the car park is a bit tight and narrow, when we first arrived, it took me over ten turns of the steering wheel — with Elizabeth’s guidance — to finally squeeze into the parking space, what you need is some patience.”

“I stayed here for one night. Was able to change my check in time with no difficulty at all. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and given keys to my room... there is someone on the front desk 24 hrs a day, this was very good for me especially as I needed to check out at 4am. Checking out was very simple, I just had to give keys back to desk. The room was very clean and had all the necessities, at the price of the rooms I was extremely happy with my stay and will be staying here again in the future!!”

“This hotel was a welcome departure from chain hotels. We had a lot of space for the four of us, and our kids loved having enough space to run around. We loved the separate living room and kitchen, and the bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We appreciated having two bathrooms and access to laundry. If we could have stayed longer, we would have! Literally the only thing I could fault this place for would be that they didn't provide shampoo, but our stay was so great that it didn't bother us a bit.”

“I HAVE BEEN PLAYING IN NOBLE HERE FOR A LONG TIME. STAFF HELPFUL AS SOME TIMES I HAVE TOO ASK THEM TO PUT MONEY IN THE MACHINE AS I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND MACHINE ARE TOO HIGH FOR ME TO REACH. AND THE CAFE IS A GOOD PLACE TO EAT TOO.”

“Visited Freddie's last night on our way to Balloch for a nice run in the car. My daughter and I had gone to McMonagles for the first time in probably 20 years and it was closed for refurb for one day! Upon my daughter asking "is there anywhere else", I said, "well there used to be a cracking chippy at the roundabout but haven't been there in a very long time", so we drove along. New owners since my last visit all those years ago but I certainly wasn't disappointed. Our Single Fish suppers (with a gravy on the side) were still toasty warm when we got to Balloch (Duck bay area) and we thoroughly enjoyed them sitting on the wall, overlooking the Loch. Food was excellent, price was decent and the service friendly. What more could you want?”

“Lovely lunch today in the popinjay. Had an Indian starter and main was fabulous. The service was excellent. Cannot remember the servers name but he was lovely. Made sure we were happy with our meal and even took the time to chat for a minute. Will definitely ne back !!”

“Ok so on arrival, a little concerned where it was, but dont worry, inside it's all very well decorated and clean and great place to stay with lots of extra feature it's up there with most standard hotel rooms. We happy hoist was very helpful and chatty too. Would defo recommend and come back.”
