We should think ourselves lucky as some practices you need to call about 100 times to get through to be told by the receptionist that there are no appointments left. “I was referred to this health center today after calling the hotline to receive urgent dental care. The pain and swelling had been keeping me from sleeping and eating. And this visit was wonderful. Everyone – from the lady at the reception to the team in the dental surgery room – was incredibly kind, attentive, and ready to solve the problem right away. I felt so comfortable, as if we had known each other for a long time. Everything went painlessly, quickly, and calmly. Many thanks to the dental department, the lady at the reception, and the two doctors from operating room number 1. I’m sorry, I have a poor memory for names, but you were amazing.”
