“I very much enjoyed staying here. ☺️ Staff is kind and very helpful. The building has it old charm. There are 3 subways stations about 16-20 min walk. Kelvinhall is the best one as it is just a walk down the road and avoids the park at night. Bus stops just out front of hotel. There is loads of places to eat and there are grocery stores near by. The beds are a little uncomfortable. Besides the bed, I would stay here again”

The staff are often very busy but always take time to offer explanations about products. I posted this review some time ago, what a change since then. All new staff and very disorganised. It seems to be different people each time you go in and no one seems to have a clue. It's my nearest pharmacy and difficult to get to any others to pick up prescriptions or I would go elsewhere. I no longer buy anything as twice recently I have left. One person at the counter dealing with one customer for several minutes with 7 or 8 people in the queue. Several staff in the background but no-one came forward to help. Such a shame that such a good service has gone so far downhill.”

“I booked at the last moment before leaving for the place. The prices are very reasonable compared to the last minute booking time. I had checked the reviews, it really met my expectations. The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcomed us at middle of the night. The rooms were very clean beyond expectation. Even when you leave for next day you can ask them to clean the room and it will be just perfect. The Wi-Fi is a little slow which is OK. It is near Glasgow which makes it really near to all the attractions as well as Edinburgh so travel literally easy.”
