They gave me the entire bottom floor and made sure that no one else would come down as to respect my privacy. I just got my hair cut by Cheryl yesterday and it has got to be one of the most in depth appointments I've ever had. She spent so much time getting to the bottom of exactly what I wanted, telling me in detail what she was going to do and gave me the exact haircut that I wanted, all whilst being so friendly and lovely. It was honestly as if she'd copy and pasted the picture I had shown her onto me! They also gave me as much time as I needed to get myself organised and put back together before I came back upstairs to pay. I cannot recommend this place enough, thank you so much!!”

I dropped the car off and the job was done over the weekend. When I went in to get the car I was shown pictures of the inside of the sump and the state it was in. They are absolutely top notch on what they do, my VW TRANSPORTER had a problem in my turbo which was caused by another garage that has dropped a bit of plastic in my turbo and got stuck was stuck in the fan and because of that it was going to cost me a fortune by changing the turbo etc, then I contracted David and he sorted the problem in one day and find out about the plastic bit, to be honest, that saved me a lots of money. my turbo is still working until today. Now I have my BMW gran coupe and my van always checked by Gow motor services, I won’t change them for nothing. Very honest, Good prices, amazing customer service and good quality of work. “This was my first time going to VMS having been recommended to them. I had been to two garages with my Fiat 500x which is only 8 years old and was told I needed to order parts for it which it turns out it didn’t need and then was told that Fiat no longer make a part that was needed to fix it and I’d be best to get rid of our car as it was effectively useless now. I got a second opinion from these guys and they had it fixed and back to me on the same day and I can get my money back from the parts I’d ordered which they advised me it didn’t need in the first place. It’s very hard to find honest people these days but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend VMS to anyone looking for a good honest garage where fixing their customers cars is their priority and not how much money they can make. They’ve saved me hundreds of pounds and I can’t thank them enough.”

“I recently had a breakdown and after the RAC trying hard, but failing to get me back on the road, the car was towed to a garage specialising in electrical faults. It was a mystery… 3 days past but nothing was working and the mechanic who I’ve used before (and he’s excellent), just couldn’t get the ignition to work. It looked like the car was for the scrap at one stage - I was distraught. As a last ditch attempt, the car was towed to CAM Autos where I held little hope for a positive outcome. To my amazement, I received a call the next day saying they think they’ve deduced the issue and aim to have the car back to me in 24hrs. True to their word that’s exactly what happened and cost much less than I was expecting. I happily arrived to pick up my car and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful premises. Very professional lounge / reception area - not what I’m used to at garages and excellent customer service. The whole team are superb, friendly, professional, skilled and decent people. Thanks guys, you really saved my car. I highly recommend!”
