“Have been taking our Springer Spaniel to Muttlins for over 6 years now, for short stays and long stays up to 1 month. You know your do loves going when he gets excited going, he just loves going and is always happy. Highly recommend these kennels, the dogs get out on the pasture for plays 2-3 times every day.”

“Such a nice clean site. If you like a drink The Barn is for you friendly staff Thursday night bingo and Friday night bingo plus a quiz during the summer there are lots of different acts. Children are welcome with 2 playgrounds one at each end of the barn. Sunday lunch is available 12 till 4 best be early as they are Popular”

“Eaten here now on a few occasions. The food here is excellent. The steak pie is to die for and had the fish yesterday. Best piece of fish I have had in ages. Not greasey one bit. Hate fish when all wet and sloppy. Not here it was cooked perfect. Def be back again.”

“Had a few minor issues with my plaster and a light needing replacing. The team sent out Darren to do the repairs. Such a lovely, funny and entertaining bloke while he was getting his jobs done. Did everything he needed to with no issues at all, he did however pop to b&q during his visit to me to get a replacement for the light. Which shows that ultralets don’t leave a job undone. The amount of care taken into the repairs was seeable and looks like I’ve had a paint job done. Thank you ultralets & Darren!”

“What a cracking site . Level pitches with good space between. You can arrive at 12 noon so can still have most of the day . A lovely bar open through weekends with breakfast to takeaway Fri sat sun morning's. The toilet/shower facilities wouldn't be amiss in a swanky hotel and so clean too . Just over an hour's walk into Beverley via the road or a little longer via old railway tracks . Beautiful area , we will definitely be here again.”

“What a fabulous hidden gem, proper Yorkshire hospitality , excellent breakfast with butchers sausages and bacon cooked to perfection. Lovely lady owner who put us in a very large room with a very comfortable bed and some beautiful pieces of furniture. The bathroom is so nice, huge walk in shower , there's a fridge, microwave and TV in the room also. Parking is provided too . We will be back :)”

“What a great visit again (our 6th or 7 th ) . Hosts Dana and Zane and their lovely family were top class. We could not fault a single thing at Barmston. The new management family team were brilliant from arrival to departure. As always the fishing was great too . Lots of quality carp . Already booked and paid for next year too, its that good !”

“We arrived friday for a 2 night stay for a wedding locally. From the minute we arrived the staff were amazing so friendly and just couldnt do enough for us. Our room was beautiful spotlessly clean too. Food friday night was amazing & breakfast both days was really nice. “I can't fault RPMS in the 8 years i have been with them. Any repairs i reported were dealt with swiftly, I also couldn't fault the landlord as nothing was ever questioned, what needed doing was done. The staff at RPMS are friendly, i'd particularly like to point out that Laura Saunders was very efficient when it came to move out and handover time. She made viewings on the property that i was still in as convenient for me as she possibly could whilst we were still living there which i really appreciated with having children. She is a friendly, approachable member of the team. I can't recommend RPMS enough, I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them in the future should the occasion arise.”

“The best lettings agency in Yorkshire area due to the amount of flats, houses and rooms available at most time from day one from coming to see the staff in the office. Always available on the phone, any issues get dealt with on the same day. Multi language staff is able to provide help to multiple nationalities.”

“I had a great stay last week. Chaotic travel to Beverley so it was fantastic to get such a welcoming stay. I had lovely beer, massive comfy room, nice conversation and even a couple of rounds of cards. Next morning I was treated to a great full English breakfast. What a find!
