The team is always so friendly and polite, and it really feels like they value their regular customers. On the rare occasion there’s been a small issue, like a missing item or something not quite right, they’ve handled it so well. No fuss at all, just genuine apologies and even offering free items to make up for it. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to keep coming back. You don’t get that kind of care from every place. They've always been wonderful to me and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. I always get a mixed wrap & now a lot of my work colleagues get the same but they have tried lots of stuff on there menu & are always complementary at what they've eaten.
