“Absolutely incredible authentic Sicilian food. Amazing value for money and the mixed grill did 2 of us! The owner’s lovely mother came and spoke to us about the history of the restaurant and we felt so welcomed and at home. The inside decor was beautiful and the lovely waitress who saw to us was amazing too. Could not ask for a better overall experience! Thank you.”

We had a beautiful meal, and it’s conveniently close to the car park. The food was fresh and full of flavour, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit!☺️”

“We've visited on a few occasions and every time it seems to improve. Today's meal was one of the best meals we've ever had. We've ate in top restaurants around the world but we're so lucky to have this on our doorstep. Small little restaurant with open kitchen. Great friendly staff, clean and amazing food and service. “Cerutti 2 is by far my favourite place for seafood/fish in Yorkshire ( yes including Whitby and in years gone by, The Drum and Monkey in Harrogate). This family run business prides itself on the best quality, food,wine, service. When you walk through the door you can smell the aroma of great food from a proper working kitchen..no ready meals waiting for a microwave ping at this establishment. Tina, Tony, Dom and staff are excellent at making suggestions if you are struggling over the wonderful choices and 'specials board'. Nothing is too much trouble..and you are treated exactly the same, whether you're going through the full menu or having a simple dish of Fish & Chips.”

“Lovely place for fish and chips in brid! This is our second time coming here, a year apart, and dare I say the best time! Fish is nicely battered and tastes very tender and fresh. Chips are perfectly crispy and fluffy. I had a chip butty and curry sauce. The portions are also very generous. It cost me £28 for a jumbo fish and chips, chip butty and large curry sauce. Then to make it even better you can sit inside with your dog!”

“My family and I have been going to Figaro since it opened and even when it was La Scala back in the day. You really cannot fault the staff or food they are fantastic. There are some foods I have never tasted better anywhere else, their steaks, prawns, tomato garlic breads and since last night, their tiramisu. Their pornstar martinis and liquor coffees are also top tier!! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed! Booking in again in a few days time for my Birthday, because they’re just too good! :)”

“Visited as a family of 5 and had a truly amazing evening ! Lively atmosphere, well thought-out decor and incredibly friendly staff made us feel right at home . Ordered a mixture of dishes and each nicer than the other, no question on quality of care or presentation. Not to mention the waiters going above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. The experience matched the last one we had, glad to see they’ve upheld their high standards - looking forward to bringing some friends and visiting again soon, would highly recommend!”

“I ordered three pizzas, and I’ll admit, I’m always a bit sceptical because takeaway pizzas usually show up glistening like they’ve had an oil massage. These ones proved me wrong. No grease, great flavour, and they arrived piping hot. Even the doner kebab surprised me . Everything was packaged sensibly too: sauces separate, salad separate, nothing soggy or fighting for its life in the box. Overall, a very solid experience. Consider me officially converted into a regular.”

My daughter had a fresh made pizza (we watched the chef make it), and it's definitely one of the best pizzas I've tasted. She loved it. The salmon and lamb dishes were outstanding. The cheese board, well, I thought it was for sharing it was that big, no, it was an individual serving. It was amazing, along with lemon gellato and Eaton mess, it finished off the meal. All in all, it is very reasonably priced for what you get. I would highly recommend coming here.”

“Lovely meal, I had the steak wrapped in bacon stuffed with Italian blue cheese. It was super tasty. Lots of gluten free options available as they have gluten free pasta and most of meats could be done gluten free. Decent price, really enjoyed it, would go again.”

“Popped in for a bite to eat as the restaurant was open late for the Hornsea Christmas lights switch on. So glad they were open. The food was exceptionally good and piping hot. We’ve just moved into the area and will definitely be back to sample some other dishes.”
