The whole process till the end (Surgery) It has been the best experience ever! Now after 6 weeks I have recovered fully and now able to get back to my normal activities. They have been calling me in for regular checks and kept me up to date with everything. I truly cannot reccomend any other company better! They are all absolutely lovely! They understanding and go in depth in explaining the surgery and what to expect! The surgeon (Mr Khan) and the nurse (Pipa) are professional they know exactly what to do and told me each step before the operation. They made me feel at ease and kept reassuring me about the whole process. I have been for many consultations but I didn't feel I could trust other doing the op with the lack of information other companies were giving. I would definitely reccomend for everyone to go to Harley Medical in Leeds and at least get a consultation to get a feel for your self! It is a very clean and up to great standards! You will not be disappointed!!”

“After being referred here by 111, I was dreading my appointment because some of the reviews are shocking I however can.hand on heart say I cannot fault the service in any way. I arrived slightly earlier than my appointment time and was met by a friendly man called Leon on Reception. A friendly smile goes a long way and Leon provided that. After filling in some forms I was called into the treatment room. The female dentist Fiona introduced herself and went through my medical history and allergies while her assistant put the details into the computer. Both Fiona and her assistant were friendly, professional and understanding. After explaining why I was there Fiona had a quick look and was more than happy to remove my troublesome wisdom tooth. She explained it wasn't rotten but my gums had receeded which allows bacteria in and could explain the excruciating pain I was in. I was given 2 injections the first I never even felt it. The second was a bit stingy but nothing major. Less than 5 mins later the tooth was out, minimal bleeding,.zero pain, and I was in and out before my actual appointment time. Thank you Leon, Fiona and your assistant, you are all a credit to your profession.”

The only area that could be improved is the phone system — the waiting time can be very long, and the call-back option is currently only offered to those at positions 9–10 in the queue. It would be so much better if this was available from around position 2–3, as it’s a great option for those who can’t sit listening to hold music for a long time.”

“My apple watch detected that I was experiencing high heart rates. I felt off but not ill. On Monday, 08:00, 5/08/2024, I entered my details in Patches. At 9:30, I received a text for a telephone appointment that afternoon which resulted in n appointment with a GP,08:40, Tuesday, 06/08/2024. After consultation, I was asked to wait till a room would be available for an E.CG.and blood tests. All of these were concluded resulting another G.P consultation. Resulting in a heart condition being diagnosed, full clear explanation, medication prescribed with benefits and possible side effects explained and two further appointments made. This treatment along with lovely people conducting themselves in their jobs with professional attitudes, kindness, caring and supportive given this was a bit alarming for me. Excellent surgery and patient/ client care from start to finish. I and my family have been registered with this surgery since 1993 and have only ever experienced openness, great and effective care and always , always treated with kindness. Thank you so much for everything.”

I have rarely had a problem, yes it can be difficult at times to get an appointment but if you explain your problem politely i have usually been offered an alternative. I find the reception staff friendly and efficient never ever rude. I think you get back what you give out so be polite and friendly and willing to accept something different. The nurses ( especially donna) have always followed through on treatments etc. making sure referrals have been acted on. I wish my son had this practice instead of the way worse one he attends. It’s all too easy to have negative things to say but honestly I have None I had a lovely experience and will be happy to go back to them for wound care. She was very thorough and although I only had a 20min appointment I didn’t feel rushed and she explained that I could get a 40minute one to go into things in more detail really can’t fault this surgery at all up to now 10/10”
