“Went to Brew York for a couple of beers and found they have a food company selling Asian inspired street food. You wouldn’t believe how good it was! One of the best katsu chicken I’ve ever had and the salt and pepper hash browns were something else!! Absolutely amazing food.”

“The future of kebabs is in great hands. We tried these yesterday and had to get them again tonight. They are the tastiest kebabs we have ever had! Served in a naan with juicy lamb thats spiced to perfection and served with salad and the sauces you get with pickle trays, especially that mint one that everyone fights for it was just amazing and so filling. Well done to the chefs and whoever decided to put it as a menu option! Try it out and be prepared to get addicted!”

“Came here with my mum and nana after shopping and we all really enjoyed it. The food came out hot and fresh — I had the katsu curry and it was spot on. My mum and nana both liked their meals too, and the staff were super friendly and patient with us. It was a bit busy (since it’s in the outlet), but the atmosphere was still chill and the service was quick. Prices are a little on the higher side, but you get good portions and quality food. Overall, really nice spot to grab something tasty after a day of shopping. Would definitely go again”

Quite heavy solid build and good instructions (took two to lift it into place once the back was on . Draw runners were metal not cheap plastic ones from other suppliers. Would recommend to anybody .”

“Our group of eight Thai ladies absolutely loved the food here! Every dish we ordered tasted just like the authentic Thai food we’re used to back home. You can choose your preferred spice level—from mild to true Thai extra spicy, which we really appreciated. If we ever visit York again, we’ll definitely come back. There are a few Thai restaurants in our town, but most of them have adapted their flavours to suit British tastes. Tah Tien, on the other hand, delivers the real thing. “The Block is a great spot for pizza, we popped in for a quick bite and a pint with not much time to spare. You can select which pizzas you want varying from £4-5 and they do you a large rectangular slice cut into 2 (we shared). As a recommendation, it's the perfect spot for a quick bite before doing something else for the evening. Staff were friendly, pizza was nice and they had good music on and a good selection of drinks, including brooklyn lager on draught!”
