It makes a change when you get a colleague who is understanding & goes out of their way to provide a 5* service! Due to being with a family member who did not speak fluent English Malaika was more than helpful in taking her time out to speak to my family member resulting in them being understood and appreciated, thank you once again Malaika such a pleasant person to be around! The store was clean and tidy it did get slightly busy but the queues were well managed and the staff really take the time out to lend a helping hand! Very well organised and stocked up many great offers and deals aswell thank you to everyone at Holland & Barret will definitely be back ☺️”

This was at 3.30 pm and the delivery driver was out on his last rounds and finished at 4 pm. The pharmacy said he would be back around 4 and would ask if he would deliver for me. 4.15 pm my much needed medication arrived. A truly above and beyond piece of customer service. This was because Mum had phoned many times to Thornton surgery and was told she needed a home visit due to her health needs and Mum was keen to have the jab. Dawn spoke to the Nurse, who was doing the flu clinic that afternoon. There was a time slot available, Mum had her flu jab. Fantastic communication between the staff there, and now Mum is protected for this year. Thank you.”
