“Beyond impressed with the takeaway we just had from Village Balti. Food arrived piping hot, everything was exactly as ordered and it was stunning. Everything was really fresh and I haven’t enjoyed a curry that much in so long. The cheese naan is a must - had one years ago and was obsessed, and randomly remembered it the other day, hence todays order. It tasted even better than I remembered. CNt recommend enough.”

“1996 was a bad year for me but I got sent to this place. Mr. HANDLEY was incharge back then. A super guy. All the staff were great. Back then it was mixed males and females. I wound up on the girls landing because it had a self catering room. They helped me get a job and a flat. But me being young and stupid I wound back there a second time. The staff deserve lots of respect. I realy enjoyed my time there, they made us feel safe. And No worries about bills and I made many good friends inhouse. We all used to go out together. It was a great restart point for us. Peace, Love and Respect.”

“Nice elegant and modern decor plenty of seats in waiting area and then there's lots of space once seated to move around not squashed at all they have there own parking facility so that's a bonus no need worry about parking, Delicious food reasonable price good staff I would recommend nargasi salmon for starter really tasty overall food is spot on portions are good size to, keep up with all the good work and thanks again to you guys we all enjoyed it”

“Excellent Fish & Chips amongst other food on the menu. They use vegetarian oil for the fryer and it is of a very good quality and doesn’t compromise on the taste. Also it’s clean and well decorated and the there is seating if you want to eat in. Car park is good out front.”

“Great meal but a little bit flustered at midday for the first order it seemed… food took an okay time to come and was really nice. The offer itself meant that the 2 for 10.99 was reasonable since we were a group of four plus could add on for a small amount extra. Great atmosphere and lovely place to eat and have a drink. Great selection of other drinks and a good array of food not just on the offers menu too. For non alcoholic beverages there were a selection of mock tails or refillable diet / low sugar drinks available too.”

“I found this on uber eats and I am so glad I came across it. Firstly it is very easy to see what ingredients each dish contains, it is stated that it is vegan underneath and on some dishes you can select whether you want it to be vegetarian or vegan. There were loads of vegan options, it was great to see authentic Indian food … we went to India last year and honestly the masala dosa was as good from here as what you get over in India. The food wasn’t oily and it all arrived hot and was very tasty. All of the boxes said exactly what they were on the top of the lids, it was clear and they all said vegan again which was so reassuring and nice to see that they clearly consider this as important as their vegan customers do. Over all the food was delicious, plenty of options , food came quickly and was hot and it was fantastic value for money. We will be returning customers and we will be telling our friends about our new find . :)”

“The gentleman who took my order was very polite and had no issue with my taking a moment to look at the menu. I ordered a 11'' meat feast stuffed crust, with chips and a can of pepsi max. While small and sat right on the main road, Wibsey Spice is a lovely little place. My food was finished in a good amount of time and I thoroughly enjoyed every single bit. Personally I would have liked a bit more cheese in the stuffed crust but that's just me. Will definitely order from this place again!”

“I always go here when at Batley Mills. Had various dishes and snacks but now get the Pie of the Day with veg and lovely gravy. It comes with chips but I ask for no chips as too much. It is always piping hot and really tasty. Never too busy and staff friendly.”

“We walked in at 7pm on a half term holiday midweek. Place was not overly busy. But Hamza the waiter already told us they are short staffed and to bear with them. We didn't mind this as he forewarned us. After waiting 10 mins, he sat us down and took our order. Said all the food will arrive within 20-25 minutes which it did. Food was lovely and spot on. From the starters to the mains. They catered for my sons Nut Allergy as well (unlike Torros) and told us everything is freshly made and nothing is pre cooked etc. Mocktails are really nice as well.”
