“Visited via attending a birthday party for a 3 year old It was presented well, clearly time taken to make sure that the birthday girl had her name in lights Safety features magnetised gate, high counters out of reach for enquiring hands It was good to have a private party. Food was appropriate and just as requested The play area was just ours to explore, the children loved it. The staff were fabulous, making sure children enjoyed themselves, making sure that food was ready on time, cake cutting was prepared ensuring that all present has a good time.”

From the moment we walked in, Adnan noticed my grandmother was having difficulty moving around and immediately offered his assistance. “Came this morning for for a coffee and chocolate twist and was exceptional service checking allergens for me and being very friendly and kind. When I got to work I realised I must have been given someone else's coffee. Didn't call or anything as accidents happen. Anyway by chance I ended up going back for a late lunch later in the day and mentioned my coffee in the morning and the lovely staff remembered me and gave me my tea for free. Excellent service and super friendly staff. I only left a bad review at a London costa couple of weeks ago for mega contrast in customer care. Maybe the London staff could come to this store for some training ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️”

“Stopped here today for a truckers full English and i have to say it was 10/10. I had the large breakfast with bottomless tea and i didn’t leave feeling bloated like you sometimes do after a breakfast it was just right. All staff are friendly and welcoming l!! so it’s a massive thumbs up you will see me again at some point in the future.”

“We came in this morning 09/08, We were served by Tommy, what can I say, super polite, chatty and friendly, such a refreshing change from most places, not only was Tommy friendly but was interested in his customer, super impressed , definitely 5* . I have spent a long time in management and how people should treat customers. Great service and attitude. 10/10.”

“The coffee and service was very good but I was really impressed by the honesty and behaviour from the staff. I had got home after my coffee and realised I’d left my wallet at the street lane cafe, after a mad dash back, the staff told me they had kept it safe in the office safe for me! Absolute angels, saved me so much hassle and worry, I wish all staff I visited had those principles and behaviours!!”
