I have had a good experience with the team at the management head office about the response to my initial disappointment with my prescription not being made to be collected as the pharmacist was seeing another patient and my prescription needed to be signed off as I have a blue script, which is a C/D, I was frustrated with the response from the assistant, and I lodged a bad review for the pharmacy. I have since edited the original review and I have given the pharmacy a 5 star rating which is justly deserved. To the staff that have to put up with arrogant and impatient customer's on a daily basis, i heartily offer my sincere apologies and I hope that you will have a good working experience with your very hard work and maybe a good laugh with your team. You are absolutely amazing people who are a credit to your organisation. I hope you will forgive myself for the rude and inappropriate response from me. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by me. I am sorry for the dreadful response. Please forgive me. I promise to be more civil and polite from now on.”

“Last May I went to spec savers and they referred me and said if they thought it was urgent they'd get me in within the week they got back same day and booked me in straight away was there for 6 hours first time and was there every 2 week for abit had to have blood test chest x- Ray and that test with the yellow dye in vein I was 20 at time and very scared of everything my stepdad came to every appointment and holded my hand when i started to panic i cried at home where my mum would stay with me cause of how scared i got and found out i had a blinding disease called VKH and would've gone blind in both eyes if i didn't get it sorted straight away and i was every scared but everyone was nice and sweet and very caring and made sure I felt comfortable and I'm very grateful and I can now see and only problem I had is I'm short sighted in the eye it effected most but I'm grateful to still have my sight everyone there was amazing thank you so much”

Didn’t feel a thing compared to others previously and always happy and smiley and engaged with me especially kept checking I was ok as I was scared of needles but he made me feel at ease. Both times I was in he made sure customer service was on point and checked if I needed anything. After my jab I had a query for my meds which he promptly resolved straight away in front of me and I was on my way satisfied. If anyone needs any vaccinations Shaz is your guy you wouldn’t feel a thing.”
