“Haven't stayed in a bedroom here but had a great works Xmas do last Friday. Food was lovely and service was friendly. The DJ additionally played some very good music. Free parking after 18:00 round the corner on Sweet Street which feels safe enough especially as I have an older vehicle. Those who stayed over reported a positive experience with the rooms, the blackout curtains being a godsend on Saturday morning.”

“Took my 20+ years old car for its MOT, and it passed with flying colours. Price was a fairly good £40, and it took about 40 mins. They don't do repairs, so have no incentive to try as hard as possible to fail the car. Just beware if your car is not roadworty, you'll have to get it towed!”

Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, and the location made it easy to get around. A special mention has to go to Emily on reception, who was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. As we were not from the area we asked her for restaurant recommendations and where to go in the city and she was really helpful. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole stay feel even more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and she set the tone for a brilliant visit. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“I stayed for one night for work purposes and had a great experience. The car park had plenty of spaces- ground level spaces were very handy. I received a warm welcome from Patrice at reception, who was friendly and efficient. Archie at the restaurant provided excellent service during dinner — he was attentive and went the extra mile to check with the chef whether the chicken was halal. The chef even came out personally to reassure me and showed me a photo of the chicken’s packaging, which I really appreciated. At breakfast, Harvey was friendly and quick to clear tables and keep the area spotless. Overall, a great hotel with modern decor, good vibes, and outstanding service. Would highly recommend.”

“Took a PCR test for entry to Japan. I let the centre know ahead of appointment and then reminded them on the day of appointment that I needed the format for entry to Japan. I was provided with a standard dam certificate and one formatted for Japan. I submitted both to mysos app for entry to Japan and was approved for fast track entry. Very quick and efficient.”
