“Just had the experience where you fly over York, as we were not sure if my wife would like it. In her own words "it was amazing" and a tick on her bucket list! Oliver was superb and kept us up to date in the days before the experience, and on the day met us at the airfield. He explained everything and the flight with him was perfect. Would recommend Yorkshire Helicopters, and for those who who are afraid of heights, you completely forget that and just enjoy the flight. Wish now we had booked a longer experience. “Teach smart is a fantastic and reliable tuition centre. Your money never gets wasted if teach smart is your choice, you will definitely get good results. My son Shaheer joined teach smart in 2021 till 2022, one year for 11plus exam. The staff is so helpful. They have a very good experience of teaching. With their help and effort my son got place in Crossly Heath Grammar school. They give you feedback every time. They support you, they listen to you, if you have any issues. Staff is friendly and caring. They give you extra time in six weeks holidays which i really appreciate. Their prices are reasonable.”

His passion for the sport is infectious and the 1 to 1 tuition is first rate. The guys around the field are all friendly, helpful and supportive which adds to the experience. “My daughter has attended York Stage School for over 3 years and absolutely loves it. The quality & talent of the teaching staff is brilliant and not only does she learn so much, it is also great for building her confidence and getting her to trying new things, sometimes out of her comfort zone. She recently attended the summer school/show in a week which was also fantastic - so well organised and the show too was brilliant. Would highly recommend to any parents of children considering performing arts classes.”

“Excellent class for toddlers. My little girl (just 3yo) absolutely loves going to the class where we get to pretend to be anything from under water animals, to circus folk to super heroes. It’s always different, but there enough familiarity for children. To be confident and comfortable in tasks. Helen is an amazing facilitator and has worked well to support my daughter with her additional needs. I would highly recommend anyone attending.”

They are regularly checking up on me and my dentist Dr Aman bharti keeps me at ease and is so professional and friendly. “I have been with Vogue for a couple of years and they are absolutely fantastic, the most accommodating and friendly lettings agency you could ask for as a young person in Huddersfield. Despite the cost of living crisis making general living super expensive, their prices are really reasonable, and they offer great solutions to any concerns you may have i.e. parking, varying tenancy contracts. It’s an absolute breath of fresh air to rent from them, and with bills often included it’s one less big concern to worry about when moving is already stressful. Would highly recommend to anyone! “I booked a trial flight for my husband, in his 80's at the time, a few years ago. We actually went to the airfield, in the depths of winter, to book it. As we got near he said aren't we near that little airfield. It was only then that I told him that that was our destination. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. While a lovely young man showed him around the small planes that were parked outside, I discussed what I wanted with a young woman. It was only then that I realised that if I booked a 4 seater I could accompany him. The actual flight, which we took when the weather improved, was "the best experience of his life", he still says.”

“Adult learning Centre, great facilities and very welcoming staff. Good variety of courses besides maths and English at starter levels. They do you an assessment to get you in at the right level and have a great record of achievement getting people through the exams. A lot more comfortable an environment than college to go back into learning for the mature student.”

“I recently hired the first floor of the restaurant for my 50th Party. In the lead up to it, the staff were amazing in particular Rich and Jakub in allowing me to view it numerous times. I chose a hot buffet and we had various options but they needed tweaking for dietary requirements, this was no problem at all, and menus were re-visited. The week leading up to the party, there was another viewing and the staff worked around my work schedule and stayed late, moved tables, humoured me and ensured I was happy. When the evening came, the room looked beautiful, the food was gorgeous and the drinks were flowing. Nothing was too much trouble. All my guests raved about the food and the atmosphere. It was relaxed, but special, really an evening to remember and I thoroughly enjoyed myself without having to orchestrate a thing on the night. They even kept the bar open later than arranged and were good natured when we finally called our ubers. Same again next birthday?!! Thank you Heaney and Mill, we'll be back”

“Had an amazing meal at Pizza Freak The freakin' carbonara pizza was everything I hoped for and more. The creamy white sauce, smoky pancetta, and perfectly cooked egg brought so much authentic flavour to a pizza, and the quality of the ingredients really shone through. We also started with the tomato basil arancini, and they were outstanding. Crispy on the outside, with a beautifully soft and gooey centre. Everything was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was great and the service was super friendly. This place is a must-visit.”

“When looking for a place to eat we seen this place on Google. We were staying around piccadilly was around 10 min walk from there. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and did everything to make sure you enjoyed the food and your time there, lots of advise and options on food if you weren't sure about anything. Food was amazing and did not have to wait long for it. Great atmosphere lots of laughter from staff and guests. We didnt book but we went at a early time at 4 as it did start getting busy around 5. Will 100% go back here to eat.”
