“Fabulous place for kids! Very clean and tidy and all the staff are so friendly. They couldn’t help enough when it came to my sons birthday party and were so accommodating thank you”
“Lovely well kept playing area with a set of goal posts and a segregated little ones play area”
“Great day! Awesome park. We went to the Shilton by the sea!(Event) Good day out kids loved it.”

“Full of adventure activities indoor and outdoor with a friendly staff!”
“Absolutely brilliant company. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’ve ben using them for over 20 years.”
“I have recently attended several little glow sessions with Angela and look forward to attending more ☺️ I have been to different locations on different days and they have all been set out differently, with lots of thought and effort. The groups are a nice size, allowing you to move freely around each of the glow areas and meet new people. I have most recently attended a valentines glow special which took place on a Saturday giving opportunity for family memebers to come along too ☺️ Angela had organised a photographer for photos of our babies to be taken, there were lots of photo opportunities and keepsakes which Angela was ensuring all parents had. Angela is very friendly and calm making you feel very welcome and at ease throughout all sessions and is keen to engage with parents and children throughout the sessions ☺️”

“Amazing. We have been blown away by Half Pints. The staff were brilliant and demonstrate a great interest in child development. Half Pints puts vocation and care before business. Half Pints child provision and education is second to none. They really do care and invest a huge effort in each child as an individual. They really do get to know and understand their children as if the children are their own. Each day ends with parental a mini debrief in what your child has been up to and its all evidenced with a password protected pictorial website. Sadly our time with them has come to an end. And what an end! A graduation day with all the bells and whistles. Held conveniently on a Saturday - and i am sure this is purely voluntary as there cannot be any funding available - an entirely free half day of certificate presentation, bouncy castle, lunch (for adults too!) cake (made by talented staff), a choreographed dance routine on a makeshift stage and more! All held under a gazebo in their garden, accompained by generous amount of fizz. Greeted by a red carpet, parents sat under gazebo awaiting the show, munching popcorn - served by the children - and sipping proseco - served by a volunteer. Each child was introduced with a wonderfuly written speech, individually tailored to reflect that childs personality and acheivements at Half Pints, and an educated guess at each child's future aspirations - only adults that have really got to know the children could have done this so well. Some tears were shed, but that was okay as tissues, presented in hand crafted superhero figures, were issued very sweetly, by the children, prior to the presentation. The event was superhero themed - as chosen by the children - and wonderfully decorated by the children and staff. Then lunch were the children sat with each other, waited on by staff while the adults were treated to nibbles and a poster presentations that captured the personality and activities of each child during their time at Half Pints. After Lunch and pudding came a very special cake that was so professional they mustve paid a forture to some cake shop - nope; home-made by one of the tlaented staff members. If all that wasnt enough (and I stress there cannot be any funding for any of this so it must be all paid for by them and voluntary) the children were waived off with tears of staff that care and a goodie bag reminder. The amount of effort put into this was more than incredible, and is a reflection of how much the staff of Half Pints really love the children in their charge. A day of razzle dazzle! And Im sure its something that each of those children will be able to look back on with great fondness. They have been given the best foundation possible, enabling them all to start big school with confidence, and i submit, more than an edge over new school mates who were not so fortunte to attend Half Pints. Big school has a lot to live up to! We will miss them, and hold just a little pang of jealousy for their lucky new arrivals. Thankyou :)”
“Amazing nursery I have had two children attend here. My 3 year has been going since she was a baby. She loves it. Friendly staff and very flexible with the days she can attend due to me working shifts. Thanks again”
“Really helped me through a difficult time. Would definitely recommend and would go back again if needed.”
“Such a caring and attentive team. This nursery is mega organised and the communication between staff members and to parents is wonderful. I am so glad that we've sent our son here.”
“First class nursery! My Isla loves going here. There are various different rooms that are all designed to be stimulating and cozy for kiddies. They do a varied range of activities to help a child's development and regularly change them up. The head is highly professional and very much involved. All staff are great, particularly Mr Ned. Food is excellent and varied too.”
“My son attended The Dolls House from the age of 10 months, when I returned to work from maternity...When your emotions run wild and anxiety is at its highest! Jane was fantastic in managing the baby room and looked after my boy so well. Have him lots of cuddles which is what they need! Over a year later, he still talks about being in the baby room with her! She is very attentive which I also really appreciated. Very organised and supportive nursery. Chris helped so much with the initial food intolerances my son had and was ever ready to experiment with different meals and foods which I loved. He eventually grew out of these but it was the reassurance which is exactly what you need, especially as a new mum. Would always recommend!!”
“Family run business that offers a family feel for the children. When I went to look round I felt staff were very down to earth, with a parent to parent understanding, whilst upholding the necessary standards for quality childcare. I also loved that they make it a priority to take the kids out for fresh air, walks and to explore the area, that sold it for me. 8 months in and my son has settled and gets the most out of his days at nursery. There's so many extra events throughout the year that the nursery run, to include parents, carers and grandparents which makes for a real inclusive nursery community. Definitely the right choice for us.”
“The exceptional care, passion and love they have for the children in helping them to grow and become independent is absolutely fantastic. The care and attention my child has received at this preschool, has been above and beyond in every way. All staff are so friendly and the kids love them- that itself says for itself. The support and flexibility I have received as a parent, I am so grateful for as I know I would not get this anywhere. This preschool is best decision we made for our child.”
“Lovely nursery with excellent facilities and caring staff.”
“Great place, great staff with amazing gardens. All of my 4 children have been here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5⭐️”

“Highly recommend this excellent nursery. We always receive a warm welcome on arrival and all the staff go above and beyond on a daily basis. We love receiving regular photos of all the exciting and stimulating activities our little one gets up to. As a parent who works full time it is so reassuring and comforting to know she’s happy and well looked after.”
“My son loved his time at Anstey Early learning Pre school. Staff went above and beyond to help him reach his potential and prepare for big school. Thank you to all the staff for all you did for my boy during his time with you. xx”
“My 4 year has just started. Settled in really well and made to feel welcome. In the process of learning all the phonics songs! Lovely bed teacher who isn't dominated and obsessed by ofsted and treat the students individuals.”
