We were provided with all documentation a week prior to our departure. Everything on the MS Arena was superbly organised, nothing was too much trouble for the Arena team, the cabins were comfortable and the food absolutely delicious. The visit to the Keukenhof Gardens is not to be missed.”

The owner is incredibly friendly, thinks along with you (could check in earlier after a long trip), and ensures everything is just right. If anything isn’t perfect, he finds a solution immediately—exactly how it should be. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. I extended my stay several times at the last minute, and it was never a problem. Also, the internet was the fastest I’ve ever seen—and it’s free! The location is great as well—just a short walk from a shopping street. My stay was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommended—I’d gladly return!”
