“The food here comes highly recommended so we had a group afternoon tea on Sunday and it was excellent. A beautiful vegetable tart (not a tartlet!!!) with side salad followed by a good range of well-filled sandwiches (beef, ham, chicken, cheese & egg). Then mini Victoria sandwiches, scones with jam&cream and a tray of bite-sized mini cakes. I recommend you miss lunch when you try this!”

“My daughter prefers coming here rather than the bowling alleys local to us. We attended on Halloween with her friends and one of her friends dropped a bowling ball on my daughters foot. Staff and especially the manager were great dealing with it and even gave her a small cup of sweets. Will definitely come again. Thank you.”

“I have been here many many times before and each time it is just so fun, the sheer amount of places you can climb on and slides you can go down is brilliant. “10/10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and spa. Lots of free parking available on arrival we were offered a complimentary cookie (vegan and gluten free option available) which was a lovely touch. The spa was beautiful and treatments were amazing. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was also very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The food in the garden room was amazing thanks to the chef James and our server Ava was amazing and made sure my dietary requirements were met. Breakfast was also great. Overall 10/10 experience and I’ll be back”

“Simply giving a 5 star for your member of staff Daniel we went today (Tuesday) and the place was ram packed Daniel was rushed off his feet so you can imagine how unpleasant it was for him when a member of staff from the bar shouted at him for not collecting the food quick enough which is pretty uncalled for considering he was working alone. Daniel is an absolute pleasure to deal with he’s very welcoming and polite and he’s a credit to your company.”
