“Recently attended A and E as a patient. Very impressed with the new location and set up. Very organised with several waiting areas, vast improvement from previous A and E. Well organised and efficient, all staff i came into contact with were professional and polite. Waiting time was acceptable, one should accept that this a busy A and E dealing with hundreds of walk in patients . Patience is the watch word . To me the wait is more than acceptable when considering the high work load . I was admitted as an in patient firstly to Majors ward and then to ward 32 . Throughout my stay i was impressed by the professional and polite attitude by all members of staff i came into contact with and the high standards of care. I found the ward very clean and well maintained a credit to all. A vast improvement from the last time i had cause to visit the hospital as a patient several years ago Peter veevers”

I felt the need to share a positive experience, as, unfortunately, some of the reviews here are far from that. It seems to be a natural behavior nowadays to leave a bad review, even when you are clearly in the wrong or just out of spite. If you can get a place at this Practice, I truly recommend you accept.”

The dentist and his assistant were both really welcoming and considering I'd never had any dental treatment before, they made me feel very very calm. The dentist was so fast as well at removing my tooth. Made the whole process very safe feeling and not scary in the slightest. Think I might make this my main dentists and I'll be putting my kids there as well. Definitely recommend them.”
