“This little Cafe, is the heart of our community in Dovecot. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them, we need places like the little pink cafe, and Tony and the gang to allow our community to function. I have been a customer of theirs since it opened many years ago and I would be lost without them. I work full time and every year they make sure that I have everything I need on tap to prepare Christmas dinner for my family, I don’t have to worry about running around the shops fighting for turkey and veg , they supply the lot l. 8:30 am, every Christmas Eve I go into the pink cafe and they have my order waiting ready for me to pick up. Super service of super people. Big ups to the Pink Cafe! Xxx”

I asked for some chocolates that I couldn't find in any order Polish shop and they ordered them for me, then told me when they supppose to be delivered and to just give them a call to see if they came. Just by that I know they care about their customers which is amazing. Definitely will be back!”

“I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a meal so much. I ate three courses of which the starter and main were huge portions but I couldn't stop as they were all so delicious and ate the lot. My dessert was basically ice cream with a rich toffee sauce and digestive biscuits crumblings over it, just enough to finish my meal off and all washed down with 2 glasses of house Merlot.”

“Called in for a butty Monday first time , had large barm bacon egg and sausage, spot on as nice as I can remember having , clean and efficient cafe at 4.50 nothing is cheap but I was full all day really enjoyed my breakfast”

“Visited earlier this week with 7 work colleagues while working nearby and have to say this place is a hidden gem. Amazing friendly service from all the staff. “Popped in for a cocktail, it was our first time here and we were very impressed. I asked for a rum old fashioned which wasn't on the menu, our server offered me a very extensive selection of rums of which I went with a chilli rum. Here is what arrived.”

“Been hearing good things about this little place so decided to try and I'm glad I did. Ordered the station breakfast and it was a top quality breakfast. Every item was cooked perfect and tasted amazing. The eggs Benedict with ham hock was also top class . The ham wasn't salty and flaked apart tender. And the coffee was freshly ground and tasted so fresh and tasty . The hot chocolate was not too sweet and didn't taste artificial just super creamy and comfy. The caramel and apple cake was amazing also. Try this place out and support you local business as worth every penny. Ps took a sausage roll for after and it was the best one around, if you remember rays the baker sausage rolls well very similar but bigger and meatier and not as salty . Boss with brown sauce.”

“I’ve been going to nicks chippy for many years, and I can honestly say I’ve never been to a better chippy! The chips are always fresh unlike most places! Also the salt and pepper box is amazing! The meat there is always perfectly cooked and tastes unreal! Great value for money & the staff are always really friendly! If you haven’t tried this place you need to! You won’t be disappointed!”

“Home Bargains in Prescot Shopping Centre is very convenient for the local community and sells a wide variety of foods, gifts, toiletries & household essentials.The staff are very friendly & helpful.Although there is a larger branch on the retail park off Manchester Road which is also very good, everyone in the area needs this very appreciated branch to remain in Prescot, particularly families & the elderly. There's also free parking to the rear of the shopping centre.”
