“I stayed from 1230-1330 for lunch today. I’m fully satisfied by the cleanness. I have to say I’ve been to many different Mc Donald’s locations and most of the tables are always greasy, crumbs every-where and the toilets are always stinky. I randomly went to this one in Birchwood and it is absolutely clean. The staff clean every single table as soon as someone left. I saw the staff moped the floor and swiped the trays. I used the toilet and I can tell it’s been cleaned by the smell of detergent. The staff said good bye and have a nice day to everyone. I’ll definitely come back again if I want to eat Mc Donald’s.”

“Ordered the slow mo burger and peri peri fries. What can I say but WOW. the burger was amazing, the fries were tasty, a little too much seasoning on for me so I added a bit of sauce. Can’t wait to try the other burgers. Delivered within the hour and the food was hot.”

“My husband and I were passing through Chester and decided to have a light lunch and afew drinks in the Garden Room. We just loved the walled garden, full of atmosphere. I had a gluten free club sandwich - did the job....needed some gherkins and onions, and relish to elevate the taste....considering we were in a 4 star hotel I thought it would be more crafted. However the the drinks from the bar were fantastic and the young waiter Max who served us was so professional.....someone give him a payrise!!”

Manager personally made my food helping to avoid cross contamination and assured me my allergen had not been on the grill and he had not touched it at anytime before preparing my food.
