“Usually my first port of call. Has everything from home to garden. There are shops about where you can buy DIY items, tools etc cheaper but then you've heard of the quote "buy cheap, buy twice". Items here are quality, durable and so far... unbreakable. If the product you want isn't in stock they will order it for the following day plus the late closing means you can call after work and not wait until the weekend. The staff are really helpful too.”

“As is typical the element on our indesit oven blew late afternoon on a Friday, located the website of element replacements and having checked the easy to read and easy to use website ordered the appropriate element for the oven. Due to the time and day I thought we may have to wait until mid week for the element but no, notified by the company the order had been dispatched on Friday and further notified by Royal Mail on Saturday that they would deliver the item on Monday. Can't do better than that, thank you element replacements.”

Just mention the purpose of your purchase, and you will get great advice free of charge (today,'s advice cut the work what I expected to be 20 minutes to 5 minutes, and the recommended tool cost just half of the price of tool I intended to buy.”
